Single-family house, built in 2010. 400 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'300 m2. Terrace (82 m2). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Ebeltoft

Small, idyllic town with 7'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, west facing position, 30 km east from Århus, 30 km south from Grenaa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Glasmuseet Ebeltoft, Zoo Ree Safari Park 15 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 4 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding 14 km. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in einem angenehmen und ruhigen Ferienhausgebiet. Wir empfehlen zukünftigen Gästen Auflagen für Stühle/Liegen mitzubringen falls gewünscht sowie unbedingt ein paar Mückenstecker oä.. wegen nicht vorhandener Mückennetze. Das Haus ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet und bietet genügend Platz für 5 Personen. In der Küche sind die nötigen Utensilien vorhanden. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt.

Nuværende indflytning kl. 16.00 kan være udfordrende f.eks. ved weekendophold og i forhold til lukketider for Jeres kontorer. Fik en SMS kl. 9.00 om at huset var klar til indflytning. Det var SERVICE. Beskrivelsen af huset var korrekt, af billederne får man imidlertid ikke helt klart indtryk af, at den ene seng er en enkeltseng. Meget veludstyret køkken. Den store dobbeltseng er meget stor og en topmadras. Det kunne med fordel anføres.

Das Haus entspricht allen Vorstellungen, die man sich auf Grund der Bilder macht. Geräumig, sauber und so gut gedämmt, dass es auch bei kühlerem Wetter keine Heizung benötigt. Auf der überdachten Terrasse kann man auch bei Regen gut sitzen und entspannen. Die Einrichtung ist so vielfältig, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen.
