Single-family house, built in 1995. 7 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'450 m2. Terrace (155 m2), barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Ebeltoft

Small, idyllic town with 7'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, west facing position, 30 km east from Århus, 30 km south from Grenaa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Glasmuseet Ebeltoft, Zoo Ree Safari Park 15 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 4 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding 14 km. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Uden tvivl det dejligste sommerhus, vi har lejet. Og den mest fantastiske uge på trods af dagligt regnvejr. Huset er lækkert! Æstetisk, rent, pænt indrettet med så mange fede detaljer. Overraskende gode senge og dyner. Bruseren er perfekt. Køkkenet er veludstyret. Super godt internet. Den hyggeligere have med gode terrasser og masser af spil. Vi gik ture i området og besøgte Ebeltoft, Århus (Moesgaard Museum kan virkelig anbefales), Grenå og Randers. Hyggelige byer til shopping og byvandring. Vi kommer til at booke dette hus igen om nogle år!

Vi kan anbefale Brugsen i Tirs...

Vi kan anbefale Brugsen i Tirstrup kun ca. 3 km. væk. Det er slet ikke nødvendigt at køre til Ebeltoft.

Et lækkert stort sommerhus med tilhørende stor have. Der er en dejlig ro og man kan næsten ingen naboer se, så man kan sidde ugenert i haven samt på terrassen. Et sommerhus der klart kan anbefales.

Skønt hus med mange faciliteter både ude og inde. Der er meget udstyr i køkkenet og huset er dejligt indrettet til mange hyggestunder med spil og leg både i haven og i huset :-). Huset ligger i et dejligt roligt kvarter hvor der er mulighed for gode gåture. Vi havde en skøn uge i sommerhuset.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gut mit allem ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus sind etwas eng. Deutsches Fernsehen nur ZDF. Die ruhige Lage im Wald ist erholsam, zum Wasser kommt man problemlos. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Ebeltoft, das noch historischen Charme versprüht - sowohl die Innenstadt als auch der Fischereihafen.

Rigtig dejligt sommerhus, hvor der ikke mangler noget. Vi har været super tilfredse med vores ophold. Naturen omkring sommerhusområdet er unik og noget af det bedste vi har oplevet i DK.
