Single-family house, built in 1978. 800 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'140 m2. Terrace (95 m2), barbecue. In the house: trampoline, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Ebeltoft

Small, idyllic town with 7'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, west facing position, 30 km east from Århus, 30 km south from Grenaa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Glasmuseet Ebeltoft, Zoo Ree Safari Park 15 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 4 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding 14 km. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Huset virker lid rodet, specielt køkkenet der var pakket med en masse køkkengrej, gamle krydderier mm. Det skal dog siges at værterne har skrevet i husets bog, at det var tilladt at bruge af de "fødevarer der var i køkkenet. Vi kunne godt have brugt lidt mere info om affaldssortering i området.

Heel sfeervol en ruim vakantiehuis. Nog mooier in het echt dan op de foto’s. Zowel vanuit het huis als het grote terras fantastisch uitzicht over de baai van Ebeltoft! Op het terras konden we heerlijk buiten eten en lekker relaxen op de ligbedden. De omgeving biedt genoeg mogelijkheden tot mooie uitstapjes.

Sfeervol vakantiehuis, van alle gemakken voorzien en omringd door een fijne tuin (onze tienermeiden waren vooral blij met de trampoline) en een ruim terras. Het uitzicht vanuit zowel huis als terras op de zee en de groene heuvels is grandioos! Wij hebben hier echt genoten en na elk dagje uit was het steeds fijn 'thuis komen'. Ook de omgeving is mooi en een goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes. Kortom, zeker een aanrader!

Vi havde en meget skøn ferie. Sommerhuset er et "brugs-hus" i den bedste forstand. Der er bøger, spil, Anders And-blade og køkkenet har alt. Lige fra blender til Nespresso. Dog har køkkenet et ualmindeligt dårligt piskeris. Det var næsten umuligt at piske melklumperne ud af persillesovsen. Men ellers virkelig lækkert. Fedt med trampolin m.m i "baghaven". Den nød ungerne.
