Single-family house, built in 1975. 100 m from the sea. Private: property 1'216 m2, well-kept garden. Barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Ebeltoft

Small, idyllic town with 7'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, west facing position, 30 km east from Århus, 30 km south from Grenaa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Glasmuseet Ebeltoft, Zoo Ree Safari Park 15 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 4 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding 14 km. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Mooi vakantiehuis, met 2 personen meer dan voldoende ruimte. Lijkt ook goed geschikt voor meerdere personen/ stellen vanwege drie afzonderlijke slaapkamers. Alles was aanwezig, schoon en netjes. De omgeving is erg mooi en lekker rustig. Strandje/zee via wandelpaadje op +- 100 meter afstand. Zee/golven zijn bij het huisje goed te horen. Ebeltoft zelf is natuurlijk ook leuk om daar dichtbij te zitten.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist zwar schon älter aber es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Strand in Hausnähe besteht nur aus Steinen und ist ohne Badeschuhe nicht zum Baden geeignet. Schon gar nicht für kleine Kinder. Ideal für "Decosteinsammler" Der Strandabschnitt süd-westlich zu Beginn der Wohnanlage ist da besser geeignet. Hier gibt es einen Sandstrand der auch zum Baden und Buddeln brauchbar ist. Bis nach Ebeltoft sind es nur wenige Kilometer. Die schöne kleine Innenstadt mit ihren Geschäften und Restaurants ist sehenswert. Achtung immer an die Parkscheibe denken.... Am Hafen haben wir ein saftiges Bußgeld von fast 70 euro kassiert. Unverschämt hoch finde ich. Dazu noch völlig unnötig, da ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Mir hat das die Urlaubsstimmung gründlich verhagelt.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus.Der Strand ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Drei Hinweise an den Eigentümer: - Das WLAN Passwort steht nirgends und wurde uns auch nicht mitgeteilt. Wir haben es uns über das Servicetelefon geholt. - Eine Bedienungsanleitung für den Fernseher gibt es nicht und wäre ratsam. - Das Badezimmer ist viel zu klein für die angegebene Personenzahl und der Duschvorhang muss dringend ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten fehlte es uns an nichts.

Toller, ruhiger und entspannter Urlaub. Schönes Ferienhaus mit Innenhof, gut ausgestattet - alles da von Küchenausstattung bis zu technischer Ausstattung inkl. Internet TV mit Netflix. 5 Minuten zum Strand. Gerne wieder

Huset var flott og hadde en nydelig beliggenhet og fine uteområder. Et lite minus var at det luktet vondt i soverom med inngang fra gårdsplass og at madrasser i køyesenger var dårlige, der kjente man plankene igjennom selv med to madrasser oppå hverandre. Det er heller ikke chrome cast på TV selv om det står i beskrivelsen.
