Single-family house, built in 1998. 800 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'340 m2, indoor pool (3 x 4 m, 1'6.5 m2, depth 145 - 145 cm). Terrace (50 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 900 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Ebeltoft

Small, idyllic town with 7'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, west facing position, 30 km east from Århus, 30 km south from Grenaa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Glasmuseet Ebeltoft, Zoo Ree Safari Park 15 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 4 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding 14 km. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie leider nur für eine Woche in dem Haus..... Wir konnten den Urlaub genießen und haben den tollen Polle ausgibieg genutzt und die Umgebung erkunden können. Besonders überrascht waren wir über die sehr schöne und umfangreich ausgestattete Küche. Die gesamte Einrichtung sowie die Betten waren für uns komfortabel.

Fint hus med basseng som passe...

Fint hus med basseng som passer godt til familier. Det er et rolig og fint område, kanskje litt usentralt. Kan gå til stranden, må kjøre til sentrum i Ebeltoft (6 km)for å handle i en større butikk. Det skjer ikke veldig mye av aktiviteter i nærheten så gjør deg kjent med området og hva behovet er.

Wir sind gestern nach Hause gekommen. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Haus war sehr modern und funktional eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben gedacht, dass es im Haus etwas kühl wäre, aber nein. Wir konnten im T-Shirt laufen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Töpfe und Pfannen waren super. Dankeschön an die Gastgeber.

Huset fremstår enormt velholdt. Og servicen ikke gammelt og slidt. dog er der induktion men ikke tilhørerne induktions pander og gryder. Så det tager ret lang tid at koge vand. . Der gode senge. man skal være obs på i det ene værelse kun er en halvanden mands og ikke en dobbeltseng som der står anført. Sidste seng er en sovesofa i stuen. Der ikke meget på grunden udover en gyngestativ. Så har man mindre børn og prioriterer udendørs leg med dette. så skal man finde et andet hus. Dog er pool området i huset rigtig dejligt. Og vandet er overhovedet ikke koldt. dybden er 1.48 Området er dejligt og der kun 9 min til Ebeltoft centrum fra huset af.
