Single-family house, built in 2001. 200 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'300 m2. Terrace (40 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.3 km. Golf course 9.2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Ebeltoft

Small, idyllic town with 7'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, west facing position, 30 km east from Århus, 30 km south from Grenaa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Glasmuseet Ebeltoft, Zoo Ree Safari Park 15 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 4 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding 14 km. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Flott hus, rent ryddig og god stand. Kort vei til en av de beste strendene i Ebeltoft.

Dejligt og hyggeligt sommerhus, som var rent og pænt da vi ankom. Ligger i skønne omgivelser tæt ved en god badestrand. Opvaskemaskinen kan godt trænge til en udskiftning, hvis ikke vi skyllede service godt af, blev det ikke ordentligt rent efter en vask. Vi kunne godt have ønsket os lidt flere end 2 TV kanaler. Og så savnede vi 2 liggestole til den store og fine terrasse. Vi ved godt, det ikke er et must, men det ville have været skønt, hvis de havde været der. Men alt i alt en dejlig uge i et super fint hus.

Dejligt hus med alt, hvad vi havde brug for, tæt på skøn sandstrand. Vi var 4 voksne og et barn på 3 år. Husets soveværelser dog nok bedst egnet til 2 voksne med børn, da dobbeltværelse nr. 2 er meget småt. Men det gik 😊
