Holiday village, built in 1973. 125 m from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Private: property 100 m2. Terrace (30 m2). Grocery 1.5 km. Golf course 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Nexø

Small, cosy resort with 4'000 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the island, directly by the sea, 35 km south-east from Rønne. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Vaerftet Playground 2 km. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Køge 170 km. Car ferry Køge - Rønne 35 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 10 km from the resort. Surfing. Fishing. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Bornholm, the island of contrasts, is characterized by its spectacular rocky coasts, deep quarries and waterfalls in the north, its kilometres of white sandy beaches in the south and its beautiful beech forests with forest lakes in the centre of the island. Denmark's only rocky island radiates a quite special atmosphere with its small idyllic fishing villages, the characteristic smokehouses, the round churches and the many sights. Many craftsmen reside on the island and in various places it is possible to visit the local sculptors, glassblowers, potters and painters. Almindingen is the country's fifth largest forest. A beautiful and varied forest in a highland with i.a. ponds and small lakes. This is also the location of Rytterknagten, the highest spot in Bornholm (162 m). At the rocks Helligdomsklipperne between Gudhjem and Allinge, steps lead down through a deep gap. Rugged rock formations in the water contribute to the creation of spectacular scenarios.

Wir hatten wiedermal einen schönen Urlaub. Das Haus, nur wenige Meter vom Strand, hat eine tolle Lage. Allerdings ist die Einrichtung, insbesondere die Küche, in die Jahre gekommen. Der Dunstabzug funktionierte nicht, nicht mal das Licht über dem Herd. Zum Teil steht angeschlagenes und beschädigtes Porzellan im Schrank. Die Küchenutensilien (z.B. Backblech, Schüsseln, Besteck) waren zum Teil nicht gereinigt, sehr enttäuschend. Überall liegen Dinge doppelt oder mehrfach im Haus, die man gar nicht braucht. Das WC fällt wahrscheinlich auch bald auseinander. Der Gartentisch und die Stühle sind kaum brauchbar, man sitzt viel zu tief. Wir kommen seit über 10 Jahren in diese Feriensiedlung, so ein schlechtes Haus hatten wir noch nie. Wir empfehlen, das Haus für die nächste Session aufzufrischen, sonst bleiben die Gäste aus. Mit dem Service von Sonneundstrand waren wir wie immer zu Frieden. Beste Grüsse Volker Suschke

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im sehr gut eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Der Service von Sonne und Strand war außerordentlich gut, es wurde sofort reagiert bei einer notwendigen Reparatur am Sonntag. Wir können dieses Haus immer weiter empfehlen.
