Single-family house, built in 2010. 800 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'543 m2. Terrace (70 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 3 km. Golf course 3.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Nexø

Small, cosy resort with 4'000 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the island, directly by the sea, 35 km south-east from Rønne. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Vaerftet Playground 2 km. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Køge 170 km. Car ferry Køge - Rønne 35 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 10 km from the resort. Surfing. Fishing. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Bornholm, the island of contrasts, is characterized by its spectacular rocky coasts, deep quarries and waterfalls in the north, its kilometres of white sandy beaches in the south and its beautiful beech forests with forest lakes in the centre of the island. Denmark's only rocky island radiates a quite special atmosphere with its small idyllic fishing villages, the characteristic smokehouses, the round churches and the many sights. Many craftsmen reside on the island and in various places it is possible to visit the local sculptors, glassblowers, potters and painters. Almindingen is the country's fifth largest forest. A beautiful and varied forest in a highland with i.a. ponds and small lakes. This is also the location of Rytterknagten, the highest spot in Bornholm (162 m). At the rocks Helligdomsklipperne between Gudhjem and Allinge, steps lead down through a deep gap. Rugged rock formations in the water contribute to the creation of spectacular scenarios.

Vi har haft en rigtig dejlig ferie på Bornholm med vores 2 børn, svigerdatter og 3 børnebørn. Sommerhuset levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger. Intet at sætte en finger på. Vi kan varmt anbefale sommerhuset.

Wer nachts gerne bei geschlossenen Fenstern schläft ist hier richtig. Das Haus heizt sich enorm auf.

Skønt stort hus med plads til hele familien, perfekt til småbørns familier pga gode udendørs aktiviteter i haven. Skønt med masser af natur og lys der inviteres indenfor via de store vindues partier ved gulv og loft.

Das Haus ist sehr gr0ßzügig geschnitten und relativ neu. Grundausstattung und "Startermaterial" sind vorhanden - und das war OK. In der Hauptsaison kommen die Mitarbeiter oft nicht nach weil zu viele Arbeiten anstehen - daher sollte man etwas Kaffee - WC Papier und ein Paket Newa mithaben, wenn man nicht direkt zum Einkauf rennen will. Die Rehe stehen in der Früh genau wie Haden im Garten, - es ist in der Nebensaison ruhig und angenehm. Das Haus ist empfehlenswert und für die Verhältnisse auf Bornholm schon der Kategorie "Luxus - Haus " zuzuordnen. Das Haus alleine oder zu zweit zu bewohnen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig - aber Familie mit Gast ( Schwiegermutter/ Oma etc ) ist perfekt. Auch für kleine Seminare und Teamtreffen ist das Haus zu empfehlen - hier dann bis zu 4 Einzelpersonen.
