Single-family house, built in 1994. 20 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 200 m2. Terrace (40 m2). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Grocery 400 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Nexø

Small, cosy resort with 4'000 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the island, directly by the sea, 35 km south-east from Rønne. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Vaerftet Playground 2 km. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Køge 170 km. Car ferry Køge - Rønne 35 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 10 km from the resort. Surfing. Fishing. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Bornholm, the island of contrasts, is characterized by its spectacular rocky coasts, deep quarries and waterfalls in the north, its kilometres of white sandy beaches in the south and its beautiful beech forests with forest lakes in the centre of the island. Denmark's only rocky island radiates a quite special atmosphere with its small idyllic fishing villages, the characteristic smokehouses, the round churches and the many sights. Many craftsmen reside on the island and in various places it is possible to visit the local sculptors, glassblowers, potters and painters. Almindingen is the country's fifth largest forest. A beautiful and varied forest in a highland with i.a. ponds and small lakes. This is also the location of Rytterknagten, the highest spot in Bornholm (162 m). At the rocks Helligdomsklipperne between Gudhjem and Allinge, steps lead down through a deep gap. Rugged rock formations in the water contribute to the creation of spectacular scenarios.

Dejlig feriehus med god plads til 8 personer. Stranden lige nedenfor huset er ikke super, da der driver tang ind, som ligger og rådner. Man skal dog kun gå 15 min så er du på Balka strand som er enormt god.

Welch ein großartiges Haus. Die Lage ist genial, zum Wasser sind es nur wenige Schritte, ein paar mehr zum Hafen von Snogebaek. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber (und bei unserer Abfahrt noch sauberer😁), Geräte wie Herd und Kühlschrank sind sehr hochwertig. Geschirr, Gläser etc. gibt es reichhaltig. Die Bäder sind gut ausgestattet, die Betten hervorragend. Einzig die Esstischstühle sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Gelände besteht aus 15 gleichförmigen Häusern auf offener Fläche. Wie sich diese bei Hochbetrieb im Sommer auswirkt, wissen wir nicht (Grillen, Lärm, Blicke etc.). Während unseres Aufenthalts waren die Häuser nur zum Teil belegt. Unser Erlebnis in und mit diesem Haus war jedenfalls erste Sahne.

Tolles Haus mit toller Lage, tolle Insel mit vielen Unternehmensmöglichkeiten. Viel Natur. Zur Oktoberzeit sehr wenig offene Restaurants. Aber gute Imbissbuden. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Menschen auch in der Notaufnahme und beim Hausarzt. Viele Dänen sprachen gut deutsch und englisch. Das Haus hätte eindeutig sauberer sein können. Auch wenn man seinen Hund mitbringen durfte. Auf den Betten war Sand, unter den Betten nicht gesaugt. Die Töpfe in der Küche nicht sauber und nicht mal die Krümel aus den Schubladen gewischt. Hier ein ganz klares Minus. Wir haben nach dem ersten Grundhausputz und einer Gutschrift dafür durch Sonne und Strand eine tolle Woche auf Bornholm verlebt und viele tolle Dinge gesehen und besichtigt. Schon eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung für Haus und Insel!

Schönes Ferienhaus in absoluter Traumlage! Für uns das schönste Ferienhaus, das wir bisher auf Bornholm hatten. Die Lage am Strand von Snogebaek und der Blick auf das Meer sind unbezahlbar. Nach dem Umbau im Winter 2022 ist es nun auch für große Familien oder Gruppen geeignet, da das Wohnzimmer jetzt gut geschnitten ist. Die Ausstattung und der Zustand sind nach der Renovierung sehr gut.

Vi har haft en dejlig uge for andet år i træk.Syntes der er nogle ting der skal opgraderes. Lyset i stuen og køkkenet, skåret porcelæn og svaberne på badeværelset duer ikke.

Sehr schönes FH. Gute Lage, sehr schöne Ausstattung. Einige Teile des Badezimmers sind renovierungsbedürftig. Die Duschkabine ist stockig und schimmelig.
