House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1728. 100 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 6'500 m2. Terrace (50 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 3.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Gudhjem

Small, picturesque village with 800 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the island, directly by the sea, on a slope, 25 km north-east from Rønne. In the resort: grocery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, museum. Indoor aquatic centre. Sights Røverborgen 2 km. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Køge 170 km. Car ferry Køge - Rønne 30 km.

Summer

Pebble beach, suitable for children, 1.5 km from the resort. Sports harbour in 1 km. Climbing park, high rope course. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. Bornholm, the island of contrasts, is characterized by its spectacular rocky coasts, deep quarries and waterfalls in the north, its kilometres of white sandy beaches in the south and its beautiful beech forests with forest lakes in the centre of the island. Denmark's only rocky island radiates a quite special atmosphere with its small idyllic fishing villages, the characteristic smokehouses, the round churches and the many sights. Many craftsmen reside on the island and in various places it is possible to visit the local sculptors, glassblowers, potters and painters. Almindingen is the country's fifth largest forest. A beautiful and varied forest in a highland with i.a. ponds and small lakes. This is also the location of Rytterknagten, the highest spot in Bornholm (162 m). At the rocks Helligdomsklipperne between Gudhjem and Allinge, steps lead down through a deep gap. Rugged rock formations in the water contribute to the creation of spectacular scenarios.

Das Haus ist eigentlich ein Schmuckstück. Der Garten sehr schön und gepflegt, der Blick auf das Meer sehr schön. Leider gilt das nicht für das Innere des Hauses. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Matratzen durchgelegen und das obere Badezimmer ist schon sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus nicht gereinigt. Spinnen sind bei so einem alten Haus nicht vermeidbar, aber hier waren es doch sehr viele und dementsprechend viele Spinnenweben. Da auch noch eine Maus als Untermieter eingezogen war, mussten wir das arme Tier auch noch fangen. Schade, ich denke mit einem überschaubaren finanziellen Einsatz könnte man das Haus wirklich zu einem Schmuckstück machen. Hier aber noch herzlichen Dank an den Mitarbeiter von Sol og Strand, er hat uns nach unserer Beschwerde abends noch einen Staubsauger vorbei gebracht, so das wir das Haus wenigstens selbst reinigen konnten. Die zwei Flaschen Wein haben wir dann auch gerne angenommen.

Ich würde jeder Zeit über Sol og Strand ein Ferienhaus buchen. Bornholm ist traumhaft schön!

Das Haus ist sehr alt. Es liegt in der Natur der Sache, dass damit einige Nachteile verbunden sind, wie z.B. eine Grundbelastung mit Getier (Ameisen, Motten). Wen das nicht stört, kann sich durchaus wohl fühlen. Wir konnten damit leben. Daher 3 von 5 Punkte. Angesichts der Lage und der vielen Schlafplätze ist das PreisLeistungsverhältnis auch OK. Lage: Die Bilder beschreiben diese nur bedingt. Sie ist sensationell. Daher 2 x 5 Punkte Leider läßt der Sevice Fragen offen. 1. Die bestellten Wäschepakete mussten telefonisch nachgeordert werden. 2. Das Haus war offensichtlich länger nicht bewohnt. Vor der Endreinigung hätte es einer generellen Grundreinigung bedurft. Den muffeligen Geruch hatten wir erst nach Tagen mit Lüften und Geruchsvertilger im Griff. 3. Die Gartenmöbel, insbesondere die Tische, waren offensichtlich Monate nicht grereinigt (über und über mit Vogelkot verdreckt). Das zeigt, dass das Haus nicht vorab überprüft wurde. Auch teilweise fehlende oder fehlerhaft befestigte Gardinen deuten darauf hin. Herausgerissene Türhaken und eine nicht schließbare Tür im Bad belegen das ebenfalls. Unseren Reklamationen zum Wäschepaket und den verdreckten Gartenmöbeln führten zwar umgehend zur Abhilfe, trüben aber den ersten Eindruck. 4. Der technisch sehr einfache Sat-Tv-Reciever musste von uns erst eingerichtet werden. 5. Weil das Haus alt ist, muss der Internetanschluss nicht fehlen! 6. Einige Möbel (Schlafzimmer und Bad oben) müssten dringen überarbeitet werden. 7. Eine Kontrolle des Stromzählers (Anfang - Ende) ist nicht möglich, da sich der Zähler nicht im Haus befindet oder falls doch mangels Hinweis nicht gefunden werden kann. Daher nur 1 Punkt

I skal ikke være mere end 1.70 cm høje, på grund af den lave loftshøjde. Og så skal det være varmt i vejret, for huset er svært at varme op.

Vær obs på der er meget lavt til loftet. Hvis man er højere end 165cm skal man forbedrede sig på at man er i risiko for st slå hovedet ind i bjælker. Huset er meget koldt og gulvet oven på er løftet nedenunder, der er ingen lag mellem hvilket gør huset enormt lydt.

Huset er virkelig smukt beliggende med udsigt over vandet. Man skal være opmærksom på, at der absolut ingen isolering er mellem loftet i stueetagen og gulvet på 1. sal. Det er de samme brædder! Det skal man lige tænke over, hvis man har små børn, der skal lægges til at sove tidligt om aftenen. Desuden kan døren til badeværelset på 1. sal ikke lukkes i, hvilket er ret generende. Hvis man har små børn, skal man også være opmærksom på, at der ikke er noget hegn ud mod vejen, der går mellem Gudhjem og Svaneke. På trods af disse småskavanker havde vi en skøn ferie i huset.
