Single-family house, built in 1900. 200 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 400 m2. Terrace (20 m2), barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 3 km. Golf course 14 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Allinge

Picturesque resort with 1'600 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the island, directly by the sea, 25 km north-east from Rønne. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Kammershus slotsruin 5 km, Opalsøen 5 km. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Køge 170 km. Car ferry Køge - Rønne 30 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2.5 km from the resort. Pebble beach, 1.5 km from the resort. Diving, canoeing. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Bornholm, the island of contrasts, is characterized by its spectacular rocky coasts, deep quarries and waterfalls in the north, its kilometres of white sandy beaches in the south and its beautiful beech forests with forest lakes in the centre of the island. Denmark's only rocky island radiates a quite special atmosphere with its small idyllic fishing villages, the characteristic smokehouses, the round churches and the many sights. Many craftsmen reside on the island and in various places it is possible to visit the local sculptors, glassblowers, potters and painters. Almindingen is the country's fifth largest forest. A beautiful and varied forest in a highland with i.a. ponds and small lakes. This is also the location of Rytterknagten, the highest spot in Bornholm (162 m). At the rocks Helligdomsklipperne between Gudhjem and Allinge, steps lead down through a deep gap. Rugged rock formations in the water contribute to the creation of spectacular scenarios.

Fint hus med indhegnet have så vores hund kunne være ude uden snor. Vi var meget ude og nåede ikke at bruge haven så meget, men der er mange små hjørner så man vil kunne finde både sol og læ. Dejlig udsigt især fra 1. sal. Dejligt nyt køkken, som vi dog mest brugte til morgenmad. Savnede dog lidt en kaffemaskine, men der var kaffetragt og termokande. Dejligt med ekstra toilet. Noget stejl trappe til 1. sal, som der dog også gøres opmærksom på i beskrivelsen. Kunne godt have brugt et strygejern/bræt men ellers var der alt det vi skulle bruge.

Huset ligger perfekt lige i centrum af sandvig med kun 10 minutters gang til badestrand og hammerknuden. Begge huset soveværelser ligger på 1 sal og man skal op af en lille smal trappe. Huset er ikke egnet til gangbesværede men indeholder det det skal. Der er også nogen små hyggelige udeområder hvor man kan sidde og slappe af. Vil gerne anbefale huset og måske kommer vi igen.

Super ferie og fint byhus. Dog er byhuset meget slidt. Flere vinduer kan ikke åbnes, gulvene er enormt slitte og huset er af lettere ringe stand sammenlignet med en høj pris. Dog er beliggenheden super og værtsfamilien er søde at have søret for streamingtjenester og andre fornødenheder

Godt hus, lækkert køkken og rart med to toiletter. Samt udsigten fra 1. Sal er meget smukkere i virkeligheden end på billederne. Vi var meget tilfredse med huset, samt parkeringsmulighederne i området.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in einer sehr schönen Lage (ca. 300 m bis zum Strand). Die Räume und Einrichtung waren in einem guten Zustand und zum Teil erst 2021 renoviert worden (neue Küche), das Badezimmer könnte bei Gelegenheit mal renoviert werden, war aber o.K. so. Es gibt Innen und Außen viel Platz und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir empfanden das Haus und die Lage sogar schöner als von den Fotos erwartet. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenhaltes auf Bornholm sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt.
