House/Residence

House, built in 1935. 3 km from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: natural state property 1'169 m2, garden (fenced). Children's playground (swing). In the house: trampoline, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km. Golf course 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Allinge

Picturesque resort with 1'600 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the island, directly by the sea, 25 km north-east from Rønne. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Kammershus slotsruin 5 km, Opalsøen 5 km. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Køge 170 km. Car ferry Køge - Rønne 30 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2.5 km from the resort. Pebble beach, 1.5 km from the resort. Diving, canoeing. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Bornholm, the island of contrasts, is characterized by its spectacular rocky coasts, deep quarries and waterfalls in the north, its kilometres of white sandy beaches in the south and its beautiful beech forests with forest lakes in the centre of the island. Denmark's only rocky island radiates a quite special atmosphere with its small idyllic fishing villages, the characteristic smokehouses, the round churches and the many sights. Many craftsmen reside on the island and in various places it is possible to visit the local sculptors, glassblowers, potters and painters. Almindingen is the country's fifth largest forest. A beautiful and varied forest in a highland with i.a. ponds and small lakes. This is also the location of Rytterknagten, the highest spot in Bornholm (162 m). At the rocks Helligdomsklipperne between Gudhjem and Allinge, steps lead down through a deep gap. Rugged rock formations in the water contribute to the creation of spectacular scenarios.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Alles funktioniert. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet, sofern man alle Schubladen gefunden hat (Geheimschubladen). Urlaub in diesem Haus immer wieder gern!!!

Utrolig dejligt velrenoveret hus med lukket have. Fin udsigt over marker. Humledal er lidt væk fra alting, men 7 minutter så er man i Tejn.

Haven er ikke sikkert indhegnet. Hunde kan komme ud. Ikke et hus for gangbesværede.

Tak for tilbagemeldingen vedr, hunde og det er rigtigt, at soveværelserne er på 1. sal, så det kan godt være besværligt, hvis man er dårlig til bens. Kontakt gerne kontoret i Rønne - næste gang I vil besøge os, så kan vi godt rådgive om forholdene i husene.

Wir lieben dieses Ferienhaus und haben es nun bereits zum vierten Mal gebucht. Für uns die entspannteste Zeit des Jahres. Es ist alles da was wir benötigen und die RUHE dort ist traumhaft. Dazu die Spielmöglichkeiten im Garten - es ist an alles gedacht, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub als Familie braucht. Dankeschön!

Wir haben die Zeit in unserem Ferienhaus sehr genossen, da es absolut unseren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Man merkt, dass es auch von den Eigentümern genutzt wird, da es sehr liebevoll eingerichtet ist und wir absolut nichts vermisst haben.

Very nice house, very well equipped, with a nice situation, very quiet but only at 3-4 km (for us a good jogging distance) from the sea and from the excellent bakery and the supermarket. It is a little surprising for Belgians to have to pay an additional pet charge, above a well paid final cleaning, and to learn we have to remove the pets hair before the cleaning. We never had to pay for water and electricity consumption in other countries. These little remarks did not tarnish our pleasure of a stay otherwise close to perfection!

Det er et super lækkert hus, som er moderne indrettet. Dog skal man ikke regne med lange solskinsaftner på terrassen, da høje træer skygger for eftermiddags- og aftensolen.
