Single-family house, built in 1944. 150 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 849 m2. Terrace (75 m2). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 2 km. Golf course 4.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Allinge

Picturesque resort with 1'600 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the island, directly by the sea, 25 km north-east from Rønne. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Kammershus slotsruin 5 km, Opalsøen 5 km. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Køge 170 km. Car ferry Køge - Rønne 30 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2.5 km from the resort. Pebble beach, 1.5 km from the resort. Diving, canoeing. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Bornholm, the island of contrasts, is characterized by its spectacular rocky coasts, deep quarries and waterfalls in the north, its kilometres of white sandy beaches in the south and its beautiful beech forests with forest lakes in the centre of the island. Denmark's only rocky island radiates a quite special atmosphere with its small idyllic fishing villages, the characteristic smokehouses, the round churches and the many sights. Many craftsmen reside on the island and in various places it is possible to visit the local sculptors, glassblowers, potters and painters. Almindingen is the country's fifth largest forest. A beautiful and varied forest in a highland with i.a. ponds and small lakes. This is also the location of Rytterknagten, the highest spot in Bornholm (162 m). At the rocks Helligdomsklipperne between Gudhjem and Allinge, steps lead down through a deep gap. Rugged rock formations in the water contribute to the creation of spectacular scenarios.

Ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Die Lage an der Hauptstrasse wird durch die Nähe zur Ostsee mehr als ausgeglichen. Durch die erhöhte Lage des Hauses hat man ständig einen klasse Blick auf das Meer. Bei einem Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern ist das abschüssige Grundstück nicht so ideal. Es gibt eine kleine Badestelle direkt unterhalb vom Haus. Sie ist zwar etwas steinig, aber für ein erstes Bad am Morgen gut geeignet.

Zum vierten mal konnten wir nun wieder unseren Urlaub in diesem schönem Haus, bei superschönem Wetter, genießen. Das Haus ist wirklich schön. Schöner wäre es, wenn man die Hauptstraße nicht vor der Tür hätte aber die kann man ja nicht wegflexen und von daher versuchen wir immer sie zu ignorieren, was bei der schönen Aussicht auch gut gelingt.

Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung, Wohlfühlen angesagt! Bei einem kleinen technischen Problem war der Mitarbeiter von Sol og Strand sehr schnell vor Ort!

Huset har en dejlig udsigt. Dog er der en meget trafikeret vej som afsted kommer meget trafikstøj, og som forstyrre ophold på terressen med den fine udsigt. Huset er fint, dog er der vældig mange insekter, som muligvis ikke kan undgås, men er vældig generende.

Huset ligger fint med flot udsigt ud til vandet. Det ligger lidt tæt på kystvejen, og der er ikke gode bademuligheder - det er der dog i Sandkås 3 km. væk. Selve huset er fint og godt disponeret.
