Location Description Allinge

Picturesque resort with 1'600 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the island, directly by the sea, 25 km north-east from Rønne. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Kammershus slotsruin 5 km, Opalsøen 5 km. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Køge 170 km. Car ferry Køge - Rønne 30 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2.5 km from the resort. Pebble beach, 1.5 km from the resort. Diving, canoeing. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Bornholm, the island of contrasts, is characterized by its spectacular rocky coasts, deep quarries and waterfalls in the north, its kilometres of white sandy beaches in the south and its beautiful beech forests with forest lakes in the centre of the island. Denmark's only rocky island radiates a quite special atmosphere with its small idyllic fishing villages, the characteristic smokehouses, the round churches and the many sights. Many craftsmen reside on the island and in various places it is possible to visit the local sculptors, glassblowers, potters and painters. Almindingen is the country's fifth largest forest. A beautiful and varied forest in a highland with i.a. ponds and small lakes. This is also the location of Rytterknagten, the highest spot in Bornholm (162 m). At the rocks Helligdomsklipperne between Gudhjem and Allinge, steps lead down through a deep gap. Rugged rock formations in the water contribute to the creation of spectacular scenarios.

Huset er skønt. Vi var 5 personer og det var fint. En måtte dog sove i stuen. Skøn pool, omend kun 21 grader. Tæt på mange seværdigheder og har den skønneste udsigt. Udeområdet er meget åbent, så ikke så privat. Det var dog ikke noget problem for os.

Rigtig dejlig lejlighed med super beliggenhed….🤗 Jeg synes dog, at den trænger til at få udbedret lidt småting og har også påpeget disse over for Sol og Strand: Køkkenvandhane sidder løst, knækket liste ved den ene låge i brusekabinen, løst bræt under sovesofaen og først og fremmest trænger hovedpuderne VIRKELIG til at blive udskiftet….🙄

Tak for den smukke beliggenhed, det nød vi hver dag, at kigge ud på Østersøen. Huset var passende til fire og de timer hvor vi ikke kunne sidde på terrasen, var der et stort spisebord som var placeret så man havde udsigt til Østersøen. Vi boede foran swimmingpool, som var pæn og ren (vi så poolmanden være der to gange og rense poolen), der var altid god plads både i poolen og ved poolen og meget lidt støj. Et hus der udlejes i mange uger kan ikke undgås at blive slidt. Rengøringen af huset da vi ankom var ikke i top, hvilket vi meddelte Sol og Strand, som var søde at give 20 % på slutrengøringen. Jeg vil opfordrer ejerne at investere i nye hovedpuder eller lejer til at tage egne hovedpuder med. Hovedpuderne var i meget ringe kvalitet. Tak for en meget dejlig ferie på Bornholm
