House, built in 1972. 500 m from the sea. For shared use: natural state property, swimming pool (9 x 10 m, 90 m2, depth 200 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Grocery 800 m. Golf course 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Allinge

Picturesque resort with 1'600 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the island, directly by the sea, 25 km north-east from Rønne. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Kammershus slotsruin 5 km, Opalsøen 5 km. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Køge 170 km. Car ferry Køge - Rønne 30 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2.5 km from the resort. Pebble beach, 1.5 km from the resort. Diving, canoeing. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Bornholm, the island of contrasts, is characterized by its spectacular rocky coasts, deep quarries and waterfalls in the north, its kilometres of white sandy beaches in the south and its beautiful beech forests with forest lakes in the centre of the island. Denmark's only rocky island radiates a quite special atmosphere with its small idyllic fishing villages, the characteristic smokehouses, the round churches and the many sights. Many craftsmen reside on the island and in various places it is possible to visit the local sculptors, glassblowers, potters and painters. Almindingen is the country's fifth largest forest. A beautiful and varied forest in a highland with i.a. ponds and small lakes. This is also the location of Rytterknagten, the highest spot in Bornholm (162 m). At the rocks Helligdomsklipperne between Gudhjem and Allinge, steps lead down through a deep gap. Rugged rock formations in the water contribute to the creation of spectacular scenarios.

Vi havde en god ferie, men huset trænger til kærlig pleje. Terrassen, hvor der ellers er en god udsigt, indbyder ikke til ophold, slidte (defekte) havemøbler, der er ikke fejet og fjernet mos i lang tid, giver et trist indtryk. Det behøver ikke at være luksus, men der mangler lidt i at det er lækkert.

Min hustru og jeg havde en skøn uges ferie på Bornholm med base i ferielejligheden på Tejnvej. Lejligheden bærer præg at være over middel med valg af indretning og materialer i øvrigt. En rigtig god oplevelse. Det lykkedes mig at vise min kone de fleste af de steder, jeg havde planlagt hjemmefra. Og det i en sådan grad, at hun allerede nu har tilkendegivet, at vi skal til Bornholm igen! Alt i alt en vidunderlig uge med afslapning i fokus.

Super fin lille feriebolig med fantastisk beliggenhed med havudsigt. Nordbornholmsrøgeri har lækker buffet til 197 kr pr person og 174 kr med rabatkortet fra Sol og Strand.

Min mand og jeg havde en dejlig uges ferie. Vi var tilfredse med lejligheden, udsigten er fantastisk. Der er dog lige 2 ting at være obs på ved denne bolig: 1. Det er meget lydt. Vi havde nogle naboer der larmede en del fra de kom hjem til de gik i seng. 2. Der står fælles pool er opvarmet, vi var i en gang, og konstaterede at hvis den var opvarmet, var det ikke over 15 grader. Det var fint til at blive kølet af, men personligt måtte vi op igen indenfor 30 min da vi blev for kolde (luften var 24 grader). Men alt i alt et godt ophold.
