Single-family house, built in 2002. 50 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'133 m2. Terrace (125 m2), fireplace. In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Aakirkeby

Small, medieval resort with 2'100 inhabitants, in the southern part of the island 3 km from the sea, 15 km south-east from Rønne. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, bank, restaurant, museum. Fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Aa Kirke. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Køge 170 km. Car ferry Køge - Rønne 18 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 km from the resort. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Bornholm, the island of contrasts, is characterized by its spectacular rocky coasts, deep quarries and waterfalls in the north, its kilometres of white sandy beaches in the south and its beautiful beech forests with forest lakes in the centre of the island. Denmark's only rocky island radiates a quite special atmosphere with its small idyllic fishing villages, the characteristic smokehouses, the round churches and the many sights. Many craftsmen reside on the island and in various places it is possible to visit the local sculptors, glassblowers, potters and painters. Almindingen is the country's fifth largest forest. A beautiful and varied forest in a highland with i.a. ponds and small lakes. This is also the location of Rytterknagten, the highest spot in Bornholm (162 m). At the rocks Helligdomsklipperne between Gudhjem and Allinge, steps lead down through a deep gap. Rugged rock formations in the water contribute to the creation of spectacular scenarios.

Ich muss mich den Vorbewertungen anschließen - das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und es herrscht an der ein oder anderen Stelle Sanierungsbedarf. Das sollte beim Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit beachtet werden. Die Lage ist allerdings wirklich fantastisch, wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes Haus in unserer Lieblingsgegend. … Tolle Lage in erster Reihe und die Meerblickterasse, Sauna und Spa gleichen kleine Nachteile gegenüber neueren oder frisch renovierten Häusern in der Nachbarschaft aus. Nichts hat gefehlt, super Service, vielen Dank!

Zum zweiten Mal haben wir dieses Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Lage besucht. Wir haben auch schon für 2023 wieder gebucht. Unsere Kritikpunkte an diesem Haus bleiben bestehen: Dem Haus merkt man an, das es in die Jahre gekommen ist. Alles wirkt etwas abgewohnt, insbesondere sind die Matrazen sehr durchgelegen. Der Aussenbereich ist nicht gepflegt, teilweise regelrecht dreckig. Ein Aussenkamin mit Grillstelle ist wegen Verschmutzung nicht benutzbar. Unser Wunsch wäre, dass dieses eigentlich schöne und komfortable Haus durch gründliche Reinigung der Außen- und Innenbereiche sowie durch Renovierungsarbeiten wieder aufgewertet wird. Dann würde auch das Preis - Leistungsverhältniss wieder stimmen.
