Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill) with dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Bath/shower/WC. Gas heating, boiler (300 litres). Patio 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), box-room. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Smoke alarm. The house is filtered by «ATMOSPHERE SKY» air treatment system. In addition to dust, pollens, allergens and fungus, it also catches viruses, incl. coronaviruses. CZ40419

Large, modern, luxurious single-family house "Řeporyje", 2 storeys, built in 2015, surrounded by trees. 13 km from the centre of Praha, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced), lawn, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 110 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Jun. - 01.Sep.). Paddling pool, outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 2.5 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Nádraží Řeporyje" 200 m, railway station "Nádraží Řeporyje" 200 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 500 m, children's playground 100 m. Nearby attractions: Pražský hrad, Vyšehrad, Václavské náměstí, Staroměstské náměstí, Karlův most 12 km. Hiking paths: Dalejské údolí 500 m, Prokopské údolí 6 km.

Location Description Prague

Historical town. Prague is known worldwide as the Golden city. The capital of the Czech Republic is one of the "must see" for tourists in Europe. The town built by Charles IV along both side of the Moldova is divided in several districts: Stare Mesto (old town), Josefstadt (the picturesque Jewish distric), Nove Mesto (new town), Mala Strana (small section) and Hradcany (Hradschin castle) now under the memorial safeguard act. Over 30 theatres and approx 20 music halls, 2 opera houses, for the joy of music and theatre lovers. The " Prager Fruhling" (Prague in Spring) festival takes place every year from middle May to the beginning of June. Many museums, galleries, library and archives. Indoor swimming pools. Please note that most of roadside parking at district 1,2,3 and 7 are blue zone - residential only. Short term parking zones (green and orange) are limited to 2-6 hours. If you are coming by car, please contact us in advance. We will be more than happy to help you with search for suitable garage, paid or free parking spot at or nearby your apartment.

Har lige nydt en uge i dette skønne sommerhus. Billederne snyder lidt, meget federe i virkeligheden, massere af plads og perfekt til den store familie. Vi har intet at klage over, alt var i skønneste orden. Kan virkelig anbefales. Dejligt nabolag og nemt og billigt med offentlig transport, vi hentede blot PID app og købte månedskort til ca. 170kr pr person

Very nice house, garden and pool. The surrounding area is nothing special, but easy to go to Prague by car or train. The house itself totally makes it up for the area.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist einfach wunderbar! Die Einrichtung lässt nichts vermissen und der Pool im Garten ist für eine Erfrischung nach den Stadtbesichtigungen eine Wohltat. Besonders gut hat uns die gemütliche Einrichtung gefallen, es gibt überall kleine Rückzugsorte um in Ruhe ein Buch zu lesen etc. Perfekt ist das Haus für 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern, aber auch als Gruppe passt es sehr gut. Die Anbindung an Bus und Bahn ist super. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war immer sehr gut.

Im Obergeschoss gibt es ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Badezimmer mit Dusche en suite. Außerdem noch ein weiteres Zimmer mit Doppelbett und zwei Zimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten. Ein weiteres Bad mit Duschwanne sorgt für einen staufreien Morgen;-) Im Erdgeschoss gibt es außerdem noch mal ein WC mit Bidet. Besonders schön im Winter ist sicher auch die Kaminecke, aber auch im Simmer kann man hier gemütlich sitzen. Die Anbindung an Bus und Bahn ist super. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war immer sehr gut. Wir hatten als Familie einen tollen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sehr freundliche Hausbesitzer die persönlich die Schlüsselübergabe arrangieren und gut deutsch sprechen. Wir hatten etwas im Haus vergessen und die Hausbesitzer meldeten sich noch am Abreisetag und boten an die Sachen nachzusenden. Das Haus liegt gegenüber einer Schule und ist deshalb nachts sehr ruhig.

Wir waren 6 Personen. Das Haus ist für diese Personenanzahl ideal. Mit 8 Leuten wäre es ein wenig knapp (Sitzplätze am Tisch). Die Ausstattung des Hauses umfasst alles, was du brauchst.
