Wir waren bei der Ankunft im Ferienhaus mehr als geschockt. Das Gute vorweg: das Haus existiert wirklich. Das war’s aber auch schon mit gute Nachrichten, wir haben eine Mängelliste mit 27 Reklamationen erstellt und direkt reklamiert. Es fängt an bei lockeren Steckdosen, lose Kabel aus der Wand dreckige Unterhosen vom Vormieter an und endet bei defekten Türen, Stühlen, Schränken und Betten. Vor Ort hat sich niemand richtig zuständig gefühlt, es wurde eine lächerliche Entschädigung angeboten.

Bei Ankunft am Haus fehlte schon mal das Geländer an der steilen Treppe zum Haus. Die Räume waren in einem sauberen Zustand was man allerdings von der Küchenzeile und deren Ausstattung nicht sagen konnte. Überrascht wurden wir durch verschimmelte Produkte im TK-Schrank. Das wir ein Bett wegen defekten Latten nicht nutzen konnten überraschte uns nun genau so wenig wie das nur auf der Terrasse existierende W-lan. Die Reaktion der Reception -waren die letzten Mieter, kein Ersatzteil wegen Ukraine

Wir waren eine Woche im Herbst da mit unserem Hund. Lage und Einrichtung super und praktisch. Viele gut durchdachte Details wie die große Kaffeemaschine und den beheizten Eingangsbereich.

The apartment is will furnished and has everything needed for a short holiday. The down side is the beds are not comfortable at all. The slats under the mattress are easily moved/broken. For average adults we were afraid to even turn in the bed. The resort was great, family friendly and fun things to do especially the indoor swimming pool. Loved to be in the nature with cows on our horizon. The location is very well placed. Many things to do in the surrounding area.
