"Pinka", 2-room apartment 35 m2 on 2nd floor, north-west facing position. Living room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 205 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Dining room. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven). Shower/WC. No heating option.

House/Residence

Apartment block. In the centre of Mošćenička Draga, 30 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, in a pedestrian area. Motor access to the house. Public parking 50 m on the road extra. Shop 35 m, restaurant 40 m, bus stop 170 m, pebble beach, shingle beach 50 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Location Description Mošćenička Draga

Small, busy resort with 2'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, situated at the foot Ucka, 7 km south-west from Lovran, 14 km south-west from Opatija, 30 km south-west from Rijeka. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, sauna, solarium, massage, thalassotherapy at 7 - 14 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 7 - 30 km.

Summer

Pebble beach, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing, canoeing. Tennis. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths, mountain hikes. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes. Children's playground.

In einem in die Jahre gekommenem Haus wurde ein liebevoll und kreativ eingerichtetes Wohlfühl-Apartment erschaffen. Gutes Bett, alles in der Küche vorhanden, heisses Wasser in der Dusche, toller Ausblick in die Uzcka. Das Apartment liegt im Hafen und somit auch direkt am Strand. (Auch ein FKK Strand ist verfügbar) Der Checkin im örtlichen Reisebüro wurde freundlich und hilfsbereit abgewickelt. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen. TOP Quartier mit fairem Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis. Leider kein WLAN.

Von außen renovierungsbedürftig, aber von innen vollkommen sauber Pro: Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand Sipar. In zehn bis fünfzehn Minuten ist auch der andere Strand Sveti Ivan zu erreichen, wo es nicht ganz so überfüllt ist wie am Strand Sipar in der Hauptsaison. Bei beiden Stränden ist mit vielen Familienurlaubern zu rechnen. Der kleine Hafen ist in weniger als 100 Metern Entfernung zu erreichen und von dort gelangt man direkt zu der Strandpromenade mit Restaurants und Bars. Direkt am Hauseingang des Apartments gibt es eine Pizzeria und ein Café. Die Touristeninformation ist ebenfalls nur wenige Schritte vom Apartment entfernt. Auch der örtliche Supermarkt Konzum befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt frische Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Küchenutensilien vor Ort. Das Apartment war sauber und die Klimaanlage im zweiten Schlafzimmer funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Apartment kann ohne Probleme für vier Personen gebucht werden, weil es insgesamt zwei Betten in zwei verschiedenen Zimmern gibt. Contra: Das Badezimmer ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen recht klein und von außen sieht das gesamte Haus renovierungsbedürftig aus. Vorsicht ist bei den Treppen geboten, da die Stufen nicht gleichmäßig sind. Aber das sollte im Normalfall kein Problem darstellen.

Mitten im Ort gelegen, eine Minute zum Meer, Kaffehaus direkt vor der Tür.... leider überhaupt keine Aussicht weil total verbaut... Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, was für mich bei diesen Temperaturen ein Horror war ( schlafen war echt schwer...)
