1-room apartment 33 m2 on 2nd floor. Studio. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with 1 bed (80 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed, dining table and air conditioning. Shower/WC. No heating option. View of the sea and the town. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

House/Residence

Old apartment house "Antonella & Napoletano", 4 storeys, renovated in 2019. In the centre of Umag, in the heart of the city, 20 m from the sea, in a pedestrian area. In the house: WiFi. Public parking 100 m extra. Shop 50 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, café 20 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station 33 km, concrete beach 20 m. Marina 300 m, golf course (18 hole) 13 km, walking paths from the house 20 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Umag

Umag is a modern tourist centre, ideal place for healthy and active holidays, with numerous possibilities of sporting recreation: from diving, sailing, biking, hiking, horse-riding to beach volley and tennis. Top-level ATP tennis tournament - Croatian Open takes place in Umag every year. The old town situated on the peninsula is very attractive, with the net of narrow little streets, cafes and small restaurants. Small, cosy, family-friendly holiday resort, in the north-western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 30 km north from Porec, 60 km north from Rovinj, 93 km north from Pula. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Had a big big problem receiving the keys, we have waited in the full sun foe an hour to get in. Apartment needs some work, air conditioner was leaking and dripping water all over the floor. Cockroaches and overall weird stench in the bathroom. Double wide bed was just two matresses beside each other. Worst part was the tarace, although it did not seem like like it from the photos, it was shared by all of the guests at once, so I guess you would have to take turns ;)

Thank you for the feedback. The owner was waiting at the parking lot as agreed, and ensured that the keys were delivered. The AC only has condensation when turned on full power, therefore it will flow through the pipe outside the house. As the property is thoroughly cleaned after each guest leaves and verified before each check in, no cockroaches have been spotted. Although, we highly appreciate that guests report on the spot any such issues, so we can provide a solution immediately. The terrace is for shared, we are sorry if this was not made clear on the description. We will improve the description, so future guests will be better informed.

Bel appartement bien situé avec vue sur la mer par cuisine et sur la piétonne de la chambre. Climatisation très appréciable. Bémol pour le parking (3 euros/jour) qui n’est pas assuré car parking public. Autre inconvénient la terrasse au 1er étage est commune aux 3 locations et non spécifié clairement sur l’annonce. Les restos et/ou bars du Rez de chaussée ne gênent d’aucune manière.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Nette Vermieterin, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Blick aufs Meer, alles o. K. Naja, dass der Parkplatz kostenpflichtig war U gut 100m weg, ist zu verschmerzen. Recht ruhig, obwohl in der Stadt. Zu empfehlen.

Wir reisten mit 2 Erwachsen (45/38) und einem Kind (7). Die kleine 1 Raum Wohnung befindet sich im 2 Stock. Mit den anderen Wohnungen teilt man sich einen Terrasse, wo man einen tollen Blick auf Restaurants und das Meer hat. Die Wohnung hat ein neues Bett (harte Matratzen) und einem weiteren Einzelbett (sehr weich), dies war für uns kein Problem. Die Wohnung war sauber, Küche hat alles was man braucht. Sehr zentral gelegen, jedoch ruhig. Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe. Nette Vermieterin!!!

Befriedigend Terrasse für 3 Unterkünfte ist nicht von unterrede Die Terrasse liegt über einer Burgergaststätte und die Geruchsbelästigung ist enorm . Sonst die Wohnung ist ok
