Location Description Rovinj

Rovinj is a fascinating ancient town with a special charm for already 17 centuries - it's a town monument, developed withing the town walls, with numerous beautiful buildings, parks, little streets and squares. It is called the town of atmosphere and events, with a lot of cultural manifestations, exhibitions, art galleries, bars, restaurants, wine testing, as well as the town of fishermen, sportmen and artists. Rovinj is surrounded by 20 green islands and islets, beaches, park-wood and sport centres. Chic, historical, busy town with 14'200 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north-west from Pula, 40 km south from Porec, 50 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage.

Schönes Haus mit Pool Ute S.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und kamen zweimal die Woche zum Pool kontrollieren und sauber machen. Das Haus war in Ordnung und der Pool und Garten sehr schön. Was uns nicht so zugesagt hat war das schlechte WLAN, die enge und steile Wendeltreppe und das im zweiten Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage war. Das war bei uns jetzt nicht so schlimm, aber wenn man zu viert fährt und muss in so einem warmen Schlafzimmer schlafen ist man arm dran. Auch die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können.

Ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Pool war sehr angenehm, deshalb hat auch Entfernung zum Meer nicht gestört.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in der Mitte Istriens Pro: Check in war problemlos, die sehr netten Vermieter sprechen englisch ,alles wurde erklärt, bei Bedarf war jederzeit jemand erreichbar. Das Haus war sauber, komplett mit allem was man braucht und auch die Aussenanlagen nebst Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und jeweils Klima im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sorgen für angenehmen Aufenthalt im Haus. Das Poolwasser wurde alle paar Tage auf Qualität geprüft. Das passierte immer, wenn wir nicht da waren#Freundliche Familienmitglieder wohnen angrenzend ,so gabs mal frisches Obst oder hausgemachten Wein. 2 große Bänke und ein riesiger Tisch unter der überdachten Terrasse sind ideal zum Essen, auch wenn es mal regnen sollte. Die zentrale Lage in Istrien lädt zu vielen Tagesausflügen ein. Ein sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub.\n Contra: Die Kiwis, die kiloschwer an den Kiwipflanzen hingen, die dem Carport als Dach dienten, waren noch nicht reif.#

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir sind zu fünft angereist und hatten genügend Platz. Das Highlight ist natürlich der tolle Pool. Die Vermieter sprechen gut Englisch und verstehen auch etwas deutsch. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Es ist eine schöne gemütliche Unterkunft. vor allem der tolle Garten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft für diesen Preis jedem empfehlen. Was noch schön wäre, ist eine Waschmaschine.

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und die Übergabe vom Schlüssel verlief reibungslos. Das Haus war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war etwas zusammengewüfelt und für mehr als 2 Personen auf einmal ungeeignet. Die Außenanlage ist schön und gepflegt. Das Wasser im Pool war leider sehr kalt so das wir den Pool nicht oder kaum benutzen konnten.

Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter, problemlose Kommunikation. Schönes Haus mit gepflegtem Garten und tollem Pool. Ideal zum Entspannen im Urlaub. Ruhig gelegen, aber das Meer, die Städte am Meer sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es vor Ort auch zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter, einfache Kontaktaufnahme. Sehr gepflegter und wirklich schöner Garten mit wunderbarem Pool, hier konnte man toll seine Zeit verbringen. Gute Lage, sehr ruhig, trotzdem alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar (Städte, Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten…).
