Please note: non-smoking house. 1 small pet/ dog allowed.

For shared use: property 400 m2, garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 28.Oct.). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Location Description Rovinj

Rovinj is a fascinating ancient town with a special charm for already 17 centuries - it's a town monument, developed withing the town walls, with numerous beautiful buildings, parks, little streets and squares. It is called the town of atmosphere and events, with a lot of cultural manifestations, exhibitions, art galleries, bars, restaurants, wine testing, as well as the town of fishermen, sportmen and artists. Rovinj is surrounded by 20 green islands and islets, beaches, park-wood and sport centres. Chic, historical, busy town with 14'200 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north-west from Pula, 40 km south from Porec, 50 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage.

Zuerst möchte ich ausdrücklich festhalten dass die Besitzer sehr freundlich waren,dafür ein fettes plus. ABER: angegeben waren 17 Kilometer zum Meer. Tatsächlich waren es mehr als 30 Kilometer! Wir hatten eine kleine Hündin dabei. Auf dem Grundstück waren freilaufend 2 unkastrierte Rüden! Ein absolutes No Go. Das war in der Beschreibung nicht veWir konnten unsere Hündin nicht laufen lassen. Es war ein Toaster angegeben,den es nicht gab! Internet kaum vorhanden obwohl Internetkonzept angegeben.

Sehr sehr freundliche Gast Familie! Sehr leckeres Begrüßungsessen am ersten Abend. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was Mann benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und typisch kroatisch. Kinderfreundlich, hundefreundlich. Einfach super Urlaub. Gerne und jederzeit wieder.

Zo'n fantastisch vakantie gehad. Wat een onthaal door D.! Een volledige welkomstdiner kregen we aangeboden. En ook tijdens de week die volgde, verwende D. ons, alsof we al jaren vrienden waren. Verschillende keren heel lekkere diner besteld, met verse eigen producten, voor een zeer democratische prijs. We reisden met 2 andere koppels die in het andere huisje zaten. Wat hebben we geweldig leuke momenten gehad op het buitenterras onder de kiwi-bomen. Thank you D.!!!!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Kroatien bei unserer Gastfamilie. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das Haus hatte viel Charm und verfügte über die im Internet angegeben Sachen wie z.b. Waschmaschine. Die Einrichtung etwas rustikal aber man ist ja nicht zu Hause. Wir wurden sehr gut bekocht am ersten Abend von M. die eine sehr gute Köchin ist. Der der Pool war super. Für Ausflüge in der Umgebung ist die lage perfekt. Faziert wir würden wieder buchen.
