Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace 30 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

For shared use: property 3'500 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 3 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 08.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 700 m, rocky beach 11 km.

Location Description Rovinj

Rovinj is a fascinating ancient town with a special charm for already 17 centuries - it's a town monument, developed withing the town walls, with numerous beautiful buildings, parks, little streets and squares. It is called the town of atmosphere and events, with a lot of cultural manifestations, exhibitions, art galleries, bars, restaurants, wine testing, as well as the town of fishermen, sportmen and artists. Rovinj is surrounded by 20 green islands and islets, beaches, park-wood and sport centres. Chic, historical, busy town with 14'200 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north-west from Pula, 40 km south from Porec, 50 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage.

Alles sehr schön. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Saubere und ordentliche Wohnung. Schöner Pool. Das einzige was fehlt ist ein Fliegen/Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern.

2 wunderschönr Ferienwochen in Sosici Jürgen W.

Wir haben in Sosici 2 wunderschöne Ferienwochen über Pfingsten verbracht. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoß. Hervorzuheben ist die mega Terasse, die komplett dezent eingezäunt ist, ideal für kleinere Kinder oder wie bei uns für einen Hund. Der Pool, die Grillhütte+ überdachten Eßplatz und der Garten gepflegt, ideal zum Entspannen nach einer Tageswanderung, Strandbesuch, Städtetour. Die Städte Rovinj Vrsar sind nur in 15- 20min zuerreichen.

Ländliche, dennoch zentrale Lage zu den Städten Rovinj, Vrsar.....ideal zum Abschalten. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum wunderschönen Limski- Kanal, ein muß für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Der Radweg/ Wanderweg auf einer alten Bahnstrecke von Roviny nach Kanfanar ist von der Unterkunft in nur 2min zuerreichen. Der Pool und die Grillhütte laden ein den Tag nach einer Wanderung, Strandbesuch oder Städtetour, dort ausklingen zu lassen. Wir waren zu Dritt Hund für 2 Wochen dar. Empfehlenswert!

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die gesamte Zeit auch in Ruhe gelassen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten war jedoch immer jemand da. Es war sehr, wirklich sehr sauber. Es war alles da was gebraucht wurde. Der Pool wurde ständig gereinigt und war wie gewohnt glasklar. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir werden auf jedenfalls wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Sehr nette Vermieter, die sich kümmern. Sehr schöner Pool und Garten. Es hat einfach alles gepasst und so hatten wir zwei wunderschöne und erholsame Urlaubswochen. Man wird uns wiedersehen.
