In the hamlet Matohanci 4 km from the centre of Rovinjsko Selo, 7 km from the centre of Kanfanar, in a quiet, sunny position, 4.5 km from the sea. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn. Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 900 m, pebble beach 4.5 km, rocky beach 4.5 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Please note: Property ref. Location Description Rovinj

Rovinj is a fascinating ancient town with a special charm for already 17 centuries - it's a town monument, developed withing the town walls, with numerous beautiful buildings, parks, little streets and squares. It is called the town of atmosphere and events, with a lot of cultural manifestations, exhibitions, art galleries, bars, restaurants, wine testing, as well as the town of fishermen, sportmen and artists. Rovinj is surrounded by 20 green islands and islets, beaches, park-wood and sport centres. Chic, historical, busy town with 14'200 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north-west from Pula, 40 km south from Porec, 50 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage.

Difficilmente scriviamo recensioni, ma questa volta lo facciamo con piacere. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un cottage piccolo, ma molto curato e pulito, così come il giardino e gli spazi esterni. Nota di merito per la proprietaria e la sua accoglienza calorosa: dal nostro arrivo e per tutta la permanenza nell’ appartamento ci ha offerto dolci fatti in casa e verdure fresche appena raccolte dall'orto. Quando torneremo a Rovigno, se sarà possibile torneremo qui!

Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen.Täglich gab es ein Präsent in Form von Obst,Marmelade oder Pfannkuchen. Die Unterkunft und das Grundstück sind schön und romantisch.Die Bäume bieten Schatten beim täglichen Frühstück vor der eigenen Tür. Das Häuschen ist klein aber fein. Bei schlechtem Wetter hat man allerdings zu zweit kaum Möglichkeiten drinnen gemütlich zu speisen. Und man muss sich an die Geräusche der Umgebung gewöhnen.Spielende Enkelkinder,Schleifmaschinen und Krähende Hähne.

Ein feiner Platz um den Urlaub zu verbringen.... Pro: Das separate, idyllische Häuschen im ortsüblichen Baustil, steht separat und im Zusammenhang einer Hof- Randbebebauung der Vermieterfamilie unter großen, sehr schönen Bäumen.\nDie zentrale Lage hat sich als ideal für verschiedene Ausflüge in die nähere und fernere Umgebung erwiesen.\nDas Umfeld ist dörflich, Bzw. ländlich geprägt und haben uns in dem familienären Umfeld sehr wohl gefühlt.\n Contra: Die Lokalität über googel- maps zu finden, hat sich als ziemlich schwierig und verwirrend erwiesen.

Leider kann ich diese Unterton nicht empfehlen. Das Haus an sich ist ganz schön, aber leider total von Bäumen umringt, so dass nicht ein Sonnenstrahl durchkommt. Die Enkelkinder der Besitzer rennen die ganze Zeit schreiend auf den Hof rum, und man sitzt direkt daneben. Das einzige Restauration im Dorf wurde geschlossen, so dass man zum nächsten alles mit den Auto fahren muss. Für einen ruhigen Pärchen Urlaub absolut nicht geeignet.
