Balcony 7 m2. Balcony furniture. View of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Bike storage with E-charging station (extra).

Apartment block "Milevoj", 3 storeys. 200 m from the centre of Rabac, 5 km from the centre of Labin, on a slope, in the residential district, 50 m from the sea, 250 m from the beach. For shared use: property. Shop 100 m, restaurant 20 m, bicycle rental 300 m, bus stop 500 m, pebble beach 250 m, rocky beach 50 m, indoor swimming pool 300 m.

Location Description Rabac

Rabac- small, busy, family-friendly complex and bathing resort, in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, 5 km west from Labin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 5 km.

Summer

Pebble beach, suitable for children. Stoney beach. Rocky beach. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing, canoeing, rowing. Tennis. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). 5 km hiking paths, mountain hikes. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Die Aussicht vom Schlafzimmer war genial, von der Terrasse leider eingeschränkt durch den Olivenbaum. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett beim Empfang. Alles war zur besten Zufriedenheit!

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick! Leider war dieser von der Terasse getrübt durch den viel zu großen Olivenbaum! Einwandfreies WLAN! Die Matratze könnte eine Erneuerung gebrauchen, genauso wie die Stuhlbezüge. Wer gerne Toast ist morgens zum Frühstück isst, sollte sich einen Toaster mitbringen. Es gab nur einen Sandwichmaker. Stauraum für Kleidung ist genug da. Ansonsten war alles ok. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Die Gegend ist ganz süß. Zum Spazierengehen und bummeln reicht es aus. Allerdings muss einem bewusst sein, dass sonstige Ausflüge immer mit dem Auto zu bestreiten sind. Wir hatten unsere Räder mit, die wir kaum genutzt haben. Will man nur nach Labin, muss man die Hauptstraße fahren. Bergauf… auf der Straße. Mit viel Verkehr. Nicht zu empfehlen! Wer gerne am Strand liegt, sollte sich was gepolstertes holen. Kies. Weiß man vorher, ja. Aber auch an den kleinen Buchten konnte man sich ausbreiten. Im Mai noch möglich.

Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Besitzer kümmern sich sofort, sofern man einen Wunsch hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage, die Ausstattung der Wohnung und auch die Angaben zur näheren Umgebung der Wohnung haben die Erwartungen voll erfüllt.

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente, kurzer Weg zum Meer. Geschäfte und Restaurants in der direkten Nähe. Kommunikation zum Teil Deutsch möglich, ansonsten Englisch.

Die Lage der FeWo war einfach mega und sie war auch freundlich eingerichtet. Auf Grund der Hellhörigkeit empfehle ich Filzkleber unter den Stuhlbeinen (das war schon sehr laut wenn Stühle geschoben wurden). Weiter fehlte uns ein Toaster für Toastbrot. Und leider war die Aussicht auf's Meer durch den Olivenbaum ein wenig eingeschränkt. Aber sonst war alles wirklich toll und M. war sehr reizend. Wir können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir hatten eine super tolle Wohnung, die komplett neu renoviert war. Direkt am Wasser, so dass man früh gleich schwimmen konnte. Wir hatten sogar ein zweites WC. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und am Telefon immer und sofort erreichbar. Ein Elektrogrill war ebenfalls vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.
