Terraced house "Mirjana", 2 storeys. 3 km from the centre of Nova Vas, 5 km from the centre of Poreč, 15 km from the centre of Novigrad, 5 km from the sea. In the house: internet access. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 8 km, railway station 35 km, pebble beach 5 km. Marina 8 km.

Location Description Poreč

Poreč is one of the most well known and the most modern holiday resorts in Croatia. It's a town of more then 70 sports activities with 170 tennis courts located near to the sea in the nearby well-equipped tourist resorts of the Poreč Riviera. The ancient town on the peninsula was built by the Romans in the 2nd c., with a regular system of streets still maintained today. Today Poreč is a city of culture and fun, with numerous cultural monuments and a plenty of well-known bars, restaurants, night clubs, disco clubs. More than 200 villages that surround Poreč have moustly retained their original istrian style, set in a region of vineyards and olive fields. Famous, historical, busy bathing resort with 17'500 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north from Rovinj, 60 km north from Pula, 35 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 40 - 60 km.

Wir sind inzwischen das 3. mal dort gewesen. Es ist ein nettes kleines Mittelhaus mit lieben einheimischen Nachbarn. Das Haus ist schlicht und einfach, aber man hat alles was man braucht. Zum Strand geht es die Straße fast geradeaus runter. Das beste aber ist M., die wir als Familie alle lieben. Wer ein kleines einfaches und uriges Häuschen liebt, ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Wir freuen uns schon auf 2025

das Haus ist schlicht und einfach, aber liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Übergabe lief reibungslos. Wir waren dort mit unseren 2 Teenagern und einem Kleinkind und hatten uns die gesamte Zeit wohlgefühlt. Mirjana war sehr nett, und wir sagen vielen Dank. Es war eine schöne Zeit.

Urlaub Familie mit 2 Kinder, kleiner Hund. Das Ferienhaus ist in einem kleinen Dorf, ca. 5 Km von Porec entfernt. Einfache aber gute Ausstattung. Betten sind bequem. Mann kann hier richtig abschalten. Vermieterin wohnt nicht im Haus. Sehr schöner Strand bei Plava Laguna, mit kostenlosen Parkplätze, Strand direkt bei großer Wasserrutsche. Porec ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen, bei dem man den Abend ausklingen lassen kann. Lecker Essen bei Funtana

Die FeWo war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele, schöne Ausflüge und die Vermieterin war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich Mühe gegeben. Die FeWo selbst war allerdings recht abgelebt, Küche für 6 Personen recht spärlich ausgestattet, also nicht so der Hit. Auf den Bildern hatte es anders gewirkt. WLAN gab es wie versprochen, aber Qualität war echt schlecht.
