"Anea", 3-room house 55 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed, satellite TV and air conditioning. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, dishwasher, Gas stove, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed. No heating option. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

Terraced house "Ružić & Anea", 2 storeys. 1 km from the centre of Poreč, in the residential district, 600 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach. For shared use: property. In the house: internet access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, public parking on the road. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station 34 km, rocky beach 600 m.

Location Description Poreč

Poreč is one of the most well known and the most modern holiday resorts in Croatia. It's a town of more then 70 sports activities with 170 tennis courts located near to the sea in the nearby well-equipped tourist resorts of the Poreč Riviera. The ancient town on the peninsula was built by the Romans in the 2nd c., with a regular system of streets still maintained today. Today Poreč is a city of culture and fun, with numerous cultural monuments and a plenty of well-known bars, restaurants, night clubs, disco clubs. More than 200 villages that surround Poreč have moustly retained their original istrian style, set in a region of vineyards and olive fields. Famous, historical, busy bathing resort with 17'500 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north from Rovinj, 60 km north from Pula, 35 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 40 - 60 km.

Im Großen und Ganzen gut! Zu bemängeln wäre ausschließlich das es keinen Ofen gibt und kein guter Außensitzplatz!

Fernseher ging nicht. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären noch toll gewesen. Toaster laut Beschreibung hat gefehlt. War aber alles nicht schlimm. Alles in allem ein tolles gut gelegenes Ferienhaus.
