Open kitchen (2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. No heating option. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance.

Apartment house "Villa Sand". In the hamlet Štifanići 4 km from the centre of Sveti Lovreč, 14 km from the centre of Poreč, 14 km from the sea. For shared use: property 650 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, 25 m2, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 2 km, pebble beach 14 km, rocky beach 14 km, concrete beach 14 km.

Location Description Poreč

Poreč is one of the most well known and the most modern holiday resorts in Croatia. It's a town of more then 70 sports activities with 170 tennis courts located near to the sea in the nearby well-equipped tourist resorts of the Poreč Riviera. The ancient town on the peninsula was built by the Romans in the 2nd c., with a regular system of streets still maintained today. Today Poreč is a city of culture and fun, with numerous cultural monuments and a plenty of well-known bars, restaurants, night clubs, disco clubs. More than 200 villages that surround Poreč have moustly retained their original istrian style, set in a region of vineyards and olive fields. Famous, historical, busy bathing resort with 17'500 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north from Rovinj, 60 km north from Pula, 35 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 40 - 60 km.

Es wird nur 1 Toilettenpapierrolle für kompletten Aufenthalt zur Verfügung gestellt sowie nur 1 kleines! Handtuch. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs muss man selber kaufen Spülmittel, Schwämme, Salz,Pfeffer. Batterie der Fernbedienung war leer und Wasserkocher defekt. Toilette hat ein Leck und riecht nach Urin. In der Auftragsbestätigung wird eine wöchentliche Reinigung angegeben was die Vermieterin deutlich ablehnte. Außenanlage ist schön aber nicht genießbar wenn man ständig gestört wird.

Das Objekt ist eine Selbstversorgerungterkunft. Sämtliche Hygieneartikel und Lebensmittel sind selbst mitzubringen. Eine Zwischenreinigung wird nicht angeboten und ist nicht Teil der Ausschreibung. Den Hinweis bezüglich der Toilette haben wir an die Vermieter weitergeleitet.

Die Lage des Hauses war für uns gut, da es sich außerhalb der nahegelegenen Touristenhochburg Porec. Absolute Ruhe.Kein Laden in der nahen Umgebung. Ausstattung des Hauses miserabel. Passt absolut nicht zur Preiskategorie. Bei 4 Personenbesetzung 4 Trinkglaser, 3 kleine Handtücher, 2 Bettdecken, wobei eine davon ein Ueberwurf war. 1 funzelige Glühbirne im gesamten Wohn_Essbereich, keine Auflagen auf Sonnenliegen. Wiederholung nein Danke. Besitzerin wohnt dort kontrolliert alles, sogar den Müll.

Die Ferienwohnung ist spärlich ausgestattet und bietet wenig Stauraum für Kleidung etc. Das Bad ist mangelhaft, keine Dusche, sondern Sitz Wanne mit hohem Rand und ohne Duschvorhang, kein Duschen ohne Überschwemmung möglich. Außen Anlage ist sehr gut und schön. Allerdings ist die Vermieterin ständig auf dem Grundstück präsent und pingelig wenn zum Beispiel die Hunde in den Rasen machen. Hundefreundlich ist das nicht!

Der Außenbereich ist wirklich toll und großzügig. Die Wohnung selbst hat uns eher negativ überrascht, das Bad ist winzig und man hat kaum die Möglichkeit sich richtig zu duschen, wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt kann man sich gleichzeitig die Hände waschen. Außerdem hatten wir bereits bei unserer Ankunft einen starken Uringeruch im Bad, der wohl aus der Kanalisation kommt. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Es gab kein Spülzeug, kein Salz o. Ä. Die Schallzimmer waren in Ordnung, das Wohnzimmer auch, aber ziemlich klein. Generell ist die Wohnung für 4 erwachsene eher etwas zu klein, wenn man allerdings nur gutes Wetter hat und nie Zuhause ist, ist es wahrscheinlich OK. Die Vermieterin ist nett, kann leider kein Wort Deutsch oder Englisch und läuft meist den mehrmals am Tag über die Anlage. Die Wohnung ist etwas abgelegen, man braucht definitiv ein Auto, mit Auto kann man aber viele schöne Strände und Städte zeitnah erreichen.
