Apartment house "Giuliano". 200 m from the centre of Tar, 8 km from the centre of Poreč, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. For shared use: property 1'800 m2 (fenced), garden lawn and plants, swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, depth 60 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 06.Nov.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 8 km, railway station 38 km, rocky beach 3 km. Marina 8 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 3 km.

Location Description Poreč

Poreč is one of the most well known and the most modern holiday resorts in Croatia. It's a town of more then 70 sports activities with 170 tennis courts located near to the sea in the nearby well-equipped tourist resorts of the Poreč Riviera. The ancient town on the peninsula was built by the Romans in the 2nd c., with a regular system of streets still maintained today. Today Poreč is a city of culture and fun, with numerous cultural monuments and a plenty of well-known bars, restaurants, night clubs, disco clubs. More than 200 villages that surround Poreč have moustly retained their original istrian style, set in a region of vineyards and olive fields. Famous, historical, busy bathing resort with 17'500 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north from Rovinj, 60 km north from Pula, 35 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 40 - 60 km.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden, der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sehr zweckmäßig, Es war alles vorhanden, sogar ein Geschirrspüler! Das Umland sehr schön, Gastronomie und Supermärkte in nächster Nähe. Trotz des teilweise schlechten Wetters hatten wir keine Langeweile( Mitte Mai ). Wir wollen wieder kommen!

Die Unterkunft mit 2 Schlaf- und 1 Gemeinschaftsraum sowie einer Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle und einen Normal großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ist wirklich schön gemacht. Eine Klima ist vorhanden! Im Bad z.b. wäre eine Dusche die boden eben ist wünschenswert. Das Bad allgemein ist ok, aber in die Jahre gekommen und das merkt man auch. Eine Türe der Dusche hängt stark beim Schließen und Öffnen. Positiv ist hier die Küche, diese ist Neuwertig und gut ausgestattet.

Die Anlage liegt mitten in Tar in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Wohnung im 1. OG bietet Platz für vier Personen, da zwei Schlafzimmer. Leider ist vieles alt, defekt oder in die Jahre gekommen. Türgriffe locker, schimmlige Fugen im Bad, defekter Wäscheständer, kaputte Lattenroste, spärliche Ausstattung an Geschirr.

Alloggio abbastanza pulito il bagno abbiamo dovuto pulirlo perché presenza di animaletti. All’entrata (dove c’è il garage) peccato c’era un grande accumulo di immondizia. Il posto molto bello la piscina fantastica peccato che il giardino è trascurato pertanto ci sono molti insetti, sul nostro balcone la sera non si poteva stare perché con tutta la vegetazione selvaggia si veniva mangiati dalle zanzare.

it was a nice relaxing holiday for us and our two students, who had a rough corona-year at uni, just what they needed: some visits and lots of relaxation, could not be better. Only thing which might be handy in the kitchen is a microwave eg. to defrost our meat which we wanted to bbq and forgot to remove from the fridge
