Electric heating. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 0928.

Location Description Bredene

Wether you're looking for an unforgettable holiday or a few days of rest, the beautiful Bredene, situated between Oostende and De Haan, can offer you all of these options. Bredene is the only town on the Belgian North Sea coast with large sand dunes that flow over in a fine sandy beach. Wide promenades, horseriding , swimming, many bike-routes,... fill up your days completely. The lovely town of Brugge, with with its many canals and medieval character, offers a different type of visit. Every Tuesday morning you can visit the weekly market in Bredene. Family-friendly bathing resort 600 m from the sea, 8 km from Oostende, 22 km from Brugge. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Besides: pharmacy.

Veilig gelegen voor verblijf met kleine kinderen. Ruimte rond het huis om te spelen en goed afgesloten met een hek. Heel lawaaierige bar in de buurt. Zeer geriefelijk. De steile trap naar boven komt uit in een slaapplaats die niet kan afgesloten worden. Keuken en keukengerief duidelijk netter dan vorig jaar. kussens stoelen hebben een wasbeurt nodig. Op de slaapkamers was alles wat zichtbaar was netjes. Onder de bedden, kasten zeer stoffig. Dit huis heeft een grondige poetsbeurt nodig.

Maison bien équipée. Sèche linge bien pratique. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de lave vaisselle. Attention la deuxième chambre à l'étage donne directement sur l'escalier (non cloisonnée). Bon à savoir quand on a des enfants. Gros point noir : les serviettes de toilette réservées n'étaient pas livrées et surtout aucun lit bébé, pourtant marqué dans la description et surtout réservé! Nous avons dû faire sans, avec un bébé de 9 mois...

Het is hier aangenaam verblijven niet ver van zee en strand. Het huisje is helemaal afgesloten van de andere huisjes wat rust geeft. Een houten poortje sluit het af wat veiliger is voor de kindjes. Zeer geriefelijke woning met veel stopcontacten, kasten en berghok. Alles bij de hand om zelf te koken. Veel serviesgoed en bestek. Ruime keuken/living. De wasmachine en droogkast zijn zeer handig. Een minpuntje: rookgeur inkom en in de slaapkamer op de gelijkvloers een hondengeur.

Die Unterkunft ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Sofa abgenutzt, Lack an Mobiliar abgesprungen, Inventar lieblos zusammengewürfelt, die Toilette unter Raststätten Niveau. Flecken auf Sitzkissen (nicht nur einer) deutlicher Schmutz unter den Heizungen (schwarzer Rand). Matratzen zum Teil nur noch Schaumstoff.

Das Haus hat eine gute Größe für 4-6 Personen, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt wirklich sehr schön. Schön ruhig, aber in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Zentrum von Bredene und super nah zum Strand (toller Strandabschnitt) und zur Straßenbahn nach De Haan oder Oostende. In der Nähe befinden sich zwei Bäcker. Gelegentlich sollten vielleicht Kleinigkeiten kontrolliert werden. Bei uns funktionierten einige Lampen nicht und ein Stuhl war defekt. Aber das kann man ja auch direkt mitteilen.

Het huisje was volledig ok . Alles is aanwezig, de kamers heel proper . Alles samengevat , het was in orde . Een minpunt , heeft niks te maken met het huisje , de overburen van de camping de hypodroom , kunnen s'avonds na 22.00 in de taverne nogal kabaal maken .

Die mangelnde Sauberkeit (überall Spinnweben, viel Staub, muffige Schränke und schlecht gespültes Geschirr / Besteck) und die lieblose Bestückung der Wohnung (unbrauchbare Spiele, zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr / Besteck, marode Sonnenliege, schlecht funktionierender Duschkopf, ausgebrannte Leuchtkörper) trüben das an sich potentiell schöne Ferienhaus. Aus der sehr nahe gelegenen Bar, kam nur an zwei Nächten laute Musik.

Tout était parfait, la propreté ,la literie, l extérieur . Juste petit bémol sur L heure de départ (10h) Avec des enfants en bas âge un peu juste pour rendre les lieux comme demandé plus s occupé de finir les valise et de préparer tout le monde . Sinon c etait super !! A refaire

Bonne localisation très pratique pour aller à la plage. Cuisine très bien équipée. La propreté des chambres pourrait être mieux, les toiles d’araignées sous matelas dans la chambre.

Tres belle semaine dans cette location .. idéal pour 4/6 personnes avec des enfants en bas age. Les chambres a l'étage sont mansardées mais accessible a des adolescents.

Inrichting + faciliteiten van de woning was dik OK maar de netheid liet te wensen over. Pluiskatten aan de muren in twee slaapkamers, duidelijk lang niet (goed) gestofzuigd. Ronduit vuile hoekjes en kantjes in de badkamer. Voegen van de tegelmuur waren vies, nochtans makkelijk te verhelpen met het juiste product. Een badkamer hoort spic en span te zijn, altijd maar zeker in deze tijden. Niet alle eetgerei in de keuken was even proper, ook dat kan beter. Woning = aanbeveelbaar, indien proper.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet und bietet das nötige Maß an Sauberkeit. Ein paar Dinge könnten gründlicher gereinigt werden, außerdem wären ein paar scharfe Messer oder ein Messerschärfer hilfreich. Die Schlafräume waren vernünftig gereinigt und manche Betten hatten nagelneue Matratzen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen gelungenen Urlaub!

We hebben een aangename tijd gehad in Bredene. Dit is een gezellig vakantiehuisje, voorzien van alle nodige comfort. Op wandelafstand van het strand en de kusttram. Boodschappen doe je best wel met de wagen. Vanuit Bredene kan je heel gemakkelijk de Belgische kust afgaan zowel in de richting van Knokke als die van De Panne. Paar minpuntjes: - Geen vaatwasmachine! - Geluid draagt door het hele huis! - een koksmes ontbreekt.
