Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, TV and international TV channels (flat screen), gas heating. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: mezzanine with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Balcony 10 m2, south-east facing position. Balcony furniture. Distant view of the countryside. Facilities: baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 11 on the property (1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. No lift.

Small, cosy residence "De Paddock", terraced. 3 km from the centre of Bredene, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 1.5 km, tram "De Lijn" 500 m. Tennis 3.5 km, minigolf 3 km. Nearby attractions: De Haan 5 km, Blankenberge 15 km, Brugge 20 km, Boudewijn Seapark 25 km, Plopsaland 47 km. Please note: no lift. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description Bredene

Wether you're looking for an unforgettable holiday or a few days of rest, the beautiful Bredene, situated between Oostende and De Haan, can offer you all of these options. Bredene is the only town on the Belgian North Sea coast with large sand dunes that flow over in a fine sandy beach. Wide promenades, horseriding , swimming, many bike-routes,... fill up your days completely. The lovely town of Brugge, with with its many canals and medieval character, offers a different type of visit. Every Tuesday morning you can visit the weekly market in Bredene. Family-friendly bathing resort 600 m from the sea, 8 km from Oostende, 22 km from Brugge. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Besides: pharmacy.

Bon séjour, mais la propreté n'était pas parfaite, couverts sales, un short pendait sur la tringle à rideaux ,mégots sur la terrasse.. Belle immeuble mais les finitions sont fragiles. Par contre , le lieux est très calme et paisible. A définir correctement l emplacement de parking car c'était numéroté que partiellement pas vraiment trouvé ma place!

Die Unterkunft war sehr zufriedenstellend. Man darf sich nur durch die Bilder nicht irre führen lassen, dass alle Betten auf einer Etage sind. Die oberen Einzelheiten lassen sich nur über eine schmale Treppe erreichen. Dass sollte man gerade wenn man mit Kleinkindern unterwegs ist, berücksichtigen. Die Fewo war sauber und hat alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Sogar Spielesammlungen für Groß und Klein waren vorhanden. Für schlechte Tage FireTV Stick mit nehmen.

Kleinigkeiten in Küche fehlen oder waren in keinem guten Zustand. Abfluss Dusche war verstopft. Sonst alles in Ordnung und wie beschrieben. TV deutsch jedoch nur 5 Programme. Doch bei passendem Wetter egal.

Très bien, un enfant de deux ans par contre est trop petit pour loger seul à l'étage réservé aux enfants, pas de balustrades protégeant l'escalier...à partir de 6, 7 ans raisonnables, ok

We hebben een goed verblijf gehad. Er waren een paar kleine dingen niet zo fijn. Het matras van een 2 persoonsbed was erg dun, ik kreeg flink last van mijn rug. Ook lagen er nog vuile dweilen in het appartement. Niet echt ... proof. Desondanks hebben we erg genoten.
