Comfortable and modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), electric heating. Exit to the balcony, south-west facing position. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Side view of the sea. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

House/Residence

Simple apartment house "Residentie Astrid", 9 storeys. In the centre of Bredene, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles. Public parking on the road extra. Shop 100 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 100 m, tram 200 m, bus stop "De Lijn" 870 m, railway station "Oostende" 4 km, sandy beach "strand bredene" 300 m. Nearby attractions: Markt (Dienstagmorgen) 50 m, Boudewijnpark 25 km, Plopsaland De Panne 47 km. Group of youngsters not allowed.

Location Description Bredene

Wether you're looking for an unforgettable holiday or a few days of rest, the beautiful Bredene, situated between Oostende and De Haan, can offer you all of these options. Bredene is the only town on the Belgian North Sea coast with large sand dunes that flow over in a fine sandy beach. Wide promenades, horseriding , swimming, many bike-routes,... fill up your days completely. The lovely town of Brugge, with with its many canals and medieval character, offers a different type of visit. Every Tuesday morning you can visit the weekly market in Bredene. Family-friendly bathing resort 600 m from the sea, 8 km from Oostende, 22 km from Brugge. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Besides: pharmacy.

Schönes Haus, was aber total falsch liegt, zwischen zwei Straßen Pro: Der Ausblick\nDie Einrichtung\nDas Personal Contra: Das Haus liegt zwischen zwei Straßen, da man im Sommer die Balkon Tür offen lassen muss, damit etwas Kühler ins Zimmer kommt, bekommt man auch den Lärm von den LKW 's mit, die um drei Uhr über die Straßen donnern

Zie hoger , maar het zou wel interessant zijn dat bij het vuur , oven en bed een schriftelijke practische uitleg zou liggen. Maar ik kreeg vlug van het plaatselijk personeel de nodige uitleg.Zeer goede service !

Die Beschreibung 1 Zimmer, 1 Schlafzimmer stimmt nicht. es ist nur 1 Zimmer mit einen Schlafsofa, einem Esstisch mit Stühlen und einer Küche. Ein Duschbad ist auch da. Der Platz reicht völlig aus und es war sehr gemütlich und alles war sauber. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es wurde an vier Tagen über uns eine Wohnung Grundsaniert. Mit Durchbruch , Kachel abstemmen ,und Schlitze für neue Leitungen. Dann konnte man auf der Schlafcouch nur sehr schlecht liegen,man hatte Holzlatten im Rücken.Die Terrassentür konnte man nicht ganz schliessen ,man hatte dann die ganze Zeit ein pfeifendes Geräusch. Also so Erholsam war der Aufenthalt leider nicht.

alles naar wens,behalve zeteluitrekbaar bed,is niet geschikt voor twee volwassen personen,er lagen 2 hoofdkussens die veel te plat waren,dus ik heb er één gaan kopen,voor de rest heel te vreden,in de keuken kan je een bescheiden maaltijd klaarmaken

Studio oogt fris en heeft een mooi uitzicht....er zijn wel een paar minpuntjes....alleen grote potten wat niet handig is op klein vuur, geen waterkoker en wat vooral stoort is het constante geluid van een afzuigsysteem wat tot 10 uur s avonds aanstaat...dat in combinatie met het fluiten van de ramen...niet normaal

Thanks for taking the time to send us your feedback. The extraction hoods of all the apartments in the building are powered by 1 main generator on the roof. The generator operates from 8 in the morning until 10pm. This is regretfully standard and cannot be changed.

Die Ferienwohnung war nicht sauber( haben wir selbst sauber gemacht ( überall Haare,Waschbecken schmutzig,hinter der Couch jede Menge staub etc.Bettdecke und Kissen waren nicht mehr da( haben dann 7 Nächte ohne geschlafen.Die neue Dame am Empfang war nicht freundlich,auf die Frage,ob sie uns kurz die Schranke öffnen könne sagte sie NEIN...wir sollten uns doch ins Halteverbot stellen.Was wir nicht taten.Wir schleppten unser Gepäck von der blauen Brücke in die Wohnung.Hin und zurück!

Die Wohnung ist klein aber modern eingerichtet, neues Bad, und Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für 2 Personen geeignet. Die Balkonmöbel waren allerdings sehr schmutzig und die Scheiben müssten dringend geputzt werden.
