Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. (1) Pets only allowed in summer.

Beautiful farmhouse "Gielerhof". 5 apartments in the property. 500 m from the centre of Zell am Ziller, 8 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 170 km from the centre of Salzburg. For shared use: property with trees, natural garden, meadow. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 50 m, bus stop "Zell a.Z. Rosengarten" 190 m, railway station "Zell a.Z. Bahnhof" 750 m, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, ski lift 1.1 km, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena 1.1 km. 580 - 1'744 m a.s.l. >>Zell is situated in the heart of the Zillertal. In Spring there are large celebrations, notably the beer festival, costume fete etc. Quiet, family-friendly holiday village with 4'000 inhabitants, 60 km south-east from Innsbruck. In the resort: bar, disco. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. More possibilities.

Summer

Outdoor swimming pool. River rafting. Tennis (4 outdoor courts, 3 indoor courts). Minigolf. Summer skiing in Hintertux 25 km. Paragliding, beach volleybally court, total 7 mountain lifts and cableways. Hiking paths, mountain tours. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles for hire. Leisure park "Zell". Mountain bike routes, themed paths, adventure playground. In summer there is a fantastic active entertainment programme and a varied Arena Fun Club children's programme available. A highlight for families is 5000 m2 adventure playground with spruce Castle, Admission free!

Winter

Ski-region Zillertal-Arena, total of 49 lifts. Total 139 km ski runs, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school. 14 km cross country ski tracks in the region. 2 toboggan runs (long 7 km). Artificial ice rink, curling, 4 courts indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). Ski hire, 1 toboggan run lit until 01.00, toboggan hire. TIP: You will receive a discount on the ski hire and snowboard rental (WWW.SKIVERLEIH-HOCHZILLERTAL.AT) at the ski rental Hochzillertal in Stumm and at Sport Unterlercher Fügen (www.skirent2000.at).

Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit waren sehr gut, nur die Wohnung zu dem Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet, habe so einige Fotos von den Mängeln gemacht, Möbel aus den siebziger.

Ansich ist die Ferienwohnung ok. Die Lüftung im Bad ging leider nicht und das kann wirklich ein Problem sein in einem Bad ohne Fenster. Und unsere Wohnung war mit den Fenstern an der Straße. Das war wirklich anstrengend…Vor allem nachts und früh. Die Autos rasen „laut“ vorbei. Sonst ist das Haus urig, der Garten groß. Die Vermieterin nett, haben sie aber nur bei der Anreise und so 2mal ganz kurz gesehen. Abgereist sind wir ohne Abschied. Der Preis ist gut. Hunde muss man extra zahlen. Das steht hier in der Anzeige nicht drin. Die Gästekarte kam online, hat uns aber nichts gebracht, da wir in der Vorsaison da waren. In der Küche war alles, was wir brauchten.

Würde die Unterkunft niemals mehr besuchen. Pro: Gefallen hat uns nur die Umgebung Contra: War an einer viel befahren Straße gelegen.Autos und LKW am laufendem Band. Man konnte kaum das Fenster auf machen.

Bauzustand schlecht, Strasse sehr laut, Dusche verschimmelt, schlechte Gerüche insgesamt alles alt und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Aber bei dem geringen Preis nichts anderes zu erwarten. Allerdings war in küche alles vorhanden.
