Shop 1 km, bus stop "Schwendau Hotel Neuwirt" 650 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 1.8 km. Gondola lift 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Horbergbahn 500 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Die Ausstattung ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen und die Räume könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen, aber für größere Gruppen ist das Haus sehr gut geeignet. Allerdings könnten die Betten neue Matrazen gebrauchen.

Das Platzangebot war enorm. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet - eine Mikrowelle wäre wünschenswert. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Es gibt keinen Skibus - die 500m zum Skilift lassen sich gut laufen (außer mit kleinen Kindern). Die Ausstattung war sehr rustikal. Gestört hat uns nur der Teppichboden in den Zimmern.

Dom bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany, blisko do wyciągu Horbergbahn, ale też zdala od zgiełku Mayrhofen. Bardzo przyjazny i pomocny gospodarz. Wyposażanie domu bez zarzutu, bardzo bardzo czysto i schludnie.

Wir waren mit 19 Personen in dieser Unterkunft. Allerdings ist nach unserer Meinung damit die Höchstzahl erreicht. der Aufenthaltsraum gibt für gemütliche Abende einfach nicht mehr her. Zum kochen ist die Küche für diese Personenzahl zu klein. Wir haben uns individuell beholfen. Es könnten auch mehr Toiletten und WC vorhanden sein. Ansonsten waren wir mit Skiraum und Raum für Skischuhe zufrieden. WLAN ist sehr schlapp.
