In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Almdorf Königsleiten Dorfbahn" 300 m, bathing lake 3 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, ski lift 10 m, gondola lift 100 m, slopes 10 m, ski school, children's ski school 20 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena. Please note: the photo is just an example. Additional accommodations can be booked. Attention: for bookings which are longer then 14 days an extra cleaning has to be paid on spot.

1'250 - 2'300 m a.s.l. >>The towns of Gerlos (1250 m) and Koenigsleiten (1600 m) are situated in the centre of Zillertal Arena. This holiday region is the ideal starting point for high mountain tours and relaxing hikes. An ideal holiday region for young and old. The highest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml can easily be reached. A toll fee is charged for the road from Gerlos/Koenigsleiten to Krimml. Idyllic, family-friendly holiday centre, 80 km east from Innsbruck, 155 km south from Salzburg. More possibilities. Sights Krimmler Wasserfälle 25 km, Innsbruck 75 km. Access: railway station "Zell am Ziller" 18 km. Bus connection.

Wir haben ein Apartment für vier Personen gemietet. Es gab zwei Schlafzimmer, eins davon so groß wie eine Abstellkammer. Dieses war auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen. Die Küche was in Ordnung und sauber, allerdings war auch dort eine Schublade kaputt, die sich nicht schließen ließ. Das Schlimmste an der Unterkunft war der Gestank. Es stank ständig nach Toilettenabfluss. Nicht nur auf der Toilette, sondern auch im Flur und in den Schlafzimmern. Man konnte dagegen leider nichts unternehmen. Schade!
