Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: apartment street side. Non-smokers only. Double bed (150cm wide) is a loft bed. Highspeed-Internet.

In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Public car park at 110 m, public parking on the road. Short-stay parking zone (fee), time: 09:00 - 22:00, Monday - Friday. Lage, Appartment und Haus waren toll. Ebenso die Einrichtung der Wohnung. Wir sind mit Fahrrädern gekommen und haben die Wohnung u.a. wegen des vorhandenen Fahrradkellers ausgewählt. Leider ist der Aufzug die einzige Möglichkeit, den Fahrradkeller zu erreichen und zu klein für ein Fahrrad. Außer man stellt es senkrecht auf das Hinterrad. Jetzt ich als Frau mit einem e-bike. Funktioniert gar nicht. Der Fehler liegt natürlich beim Architekten, aber man sollte es bei der Information bedenken.

Asunto oli hyväkuntoinen, hyvin varustettu ja sopivan tilava myös 4 hengen perheellemme. Metroasema on kulman takana ja Wienin keskustaan pääsee helposti. Myös ruokakauppa ihan lähellä. Voin suositella lämpimästi.

Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet. Vor allem der kleine Erker war für unsere Kinder eine tolle Leseecke. Die U-Bahn-Station ist schnell zu erreichen und die Innenstadt ist nur wenige Stationen entfernt. Zum Naschmarkt und die Fußgängerzone in der Mariahilfer Straße kann man aber auch sehr gut zu Fuß laufen. In der Nähe gibt es ein breites Angebot an Restaurants.
