    4-room apartment 71 m2. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with 2 sleeping facilities, dining nook and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Bathroom, shower/WC, sep. WC. Balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: iron. Internet (DSL/LAN, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed. The third bedroom with 2 single beds can alternatively have 2 bunk beds. The living/dining room has either a double sofa bed or extra beds.


    Modern resort "Schönblick". In the resort 200 m from the centre of Rauris, in a quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the skiing area. For shared use: indoor pool. Terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: reception, bar, sauna, fitness room, steam room, infrared sauna, relaxation room, spa area, storage room for skis. Bread roll service possible. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house, communal covered parking. Shop, grocery 200 m, restaurant 30 m, railway station "Taxenbach" 10 km. Skisport facilities 300 m, ski bus stop 200 m, cross country ski track 50 m. The catalogue photo is just an example. Wellness area open from 15:00-22:00 o'clock, admission from 16 years kids younger than 16 must be supervised. All appartements either with bath- or shower/wc and balcony or terrace. Washingroom with washing machine and dryer on spot available for 2,- EUR/90 minutes. Reception is open Mo-Fr from 08:00-12:00 and 15:00-18:00 o'clock. Saturday until 20:00 o'clock. If you will arrive outside of the opening times, please contact Keyholder prior arrival.

    ...what to expect in your holiday home?

    Dear Holiday Guest,

    As you travel you realise that things can be very different from country to country as well as from region to region. This is what makes travelling and holidays so interesting. Differences are also to be expected in holiday homes. The type and quality of furnishings, and the look of the property, are normally in line with local standards.
    We can assure you, however, that the home you chose will meet the following minimum requirements, provided that nothing in the brochure is mentioned to suggest otherwise.


    What should you expect to find in your holiday home?

    • Private living area, not for use by any other third party
    • Comfortable seating in the living area
    • Dining table with sufficient chairs
    • Cooking facilities with pots and pans (ovens and microwaves available only if mentioned in the description).
    • Fridge
    • Cutlery/crockery


     In Addition

    • Heating is available in properties that are available for rent in the winter. The cost of heating is included unless stated as an extra. In summer resorts, heating or heaters are only available when mentioned in the description and normally costs extra. No heating is available in Italy from approximately mid April to mid October.
    • TVs are only included where indicated in the description. They are usually colour. Black and white TVs are very rare but sometimes are provided and will be shown in the brochure description as «b/w».
    • Fireplaces are for use (unless «ornamental» is mentioned), though firewood normally costs extra, provided it is available, or can be bought locally.
    • “Double bedroom” = 2 separate beds pushed together or 2 single mattresses on a double base. “Room with double bed” = 1 bed for 2 people. Many homes have sofa beds (sometimes described as “double divan”) or pull out beds in the living room.
    • Holiday homes are not normally equipped with kettles and teapots. All homes have a fridge.


     Normal measurements for beds are:

    • Single bed: 190 x 80/90 cm
    • Double bed (1 mattress for 2 people) 190 x 140 cm
    • Double bedroom (2 mattresses) 190 x 80 cm each
    • Bunk beds are more suitable for children and can be quite small.



    • Parking is available when mentioned in the description and will be included in the rental, unless the brochure description says it will be «extra».
    • Public parking is not part of the rental agreement and we cannot guarantee this will always be available.



    • Facilities belonging to the holiday home or the residence, such as swimming pool, play area, tennis court etc. will be mentioned in the description and will be included in the rental unless stated as «extra» in the description.
    • Public facilities (swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants etc.) are not part of the rental agreement and we cannot guarantee these will always be available, particularly in low season.



    • The pet symbol by a property indicates that 1 pet will be permitted. If you wish to take more than 1 pet, you must check with reservations first.


     Weekends and Shortbreaks

    • In low season periods we can book selected properties for short breaks (minimum 3 days) and long weekends. Call your nearest Interhome reservations office to discover which properties are available for less than a week in the resort or city you wish to visit for a few days.

    Zbyt mały basen jak na tak dużą liczbę apartamentów. Duży minus za brak dostępu do wifi.

    Schöne Anlage, erst ein paar Jahre alt. Insgesamt in einem ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand, leider waren ein paar Kleinigkeiten wohl durch entsprechendes Verhalten von vorherigen Gäste schon etwas ramponiert (abgerissene Handtuchhaken, defekter Mülleimer, wackelige Lattenroste) aber nichts Show more dramatisches oder was den Wohnkomfort merklich eingeschränkt hätte. Alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden. Brötchenservice, kleines Restaurant (Tex-Mex Style) und Wellnessbereich mit Dampfbad, Sauna und kleinem Hallenbad. Der Wellness-Bereich ist für die Größe der Anlage etwas knapp bemessen, d.h. nachmittags nach dem Skifahren wird es etwas eng im Schwimmbecken und man bekommt meist keinen Liegestuhl mehr. Dafür ist eine Badeaufsicht vorhanden und es wird regelmäßig gewischt. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage (Ortszentrum ca. 400 Meter, Skilift ca. 200 Meter) ist sehr gut, mit Skischuhen an den Füßen und Ski plus Stöcken in der Hand braucht man ca. 5-10 Minuten bis zur Gondelbahn. Show less
