In the district of Lend, 7 km from the centre of Goldegg, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 7 km from the lake, 9 km from the skiing area. For shared use: meadow. Barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox), petting farm. In the house: central heating system. Motor access (1.5 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 1.3 km, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km, bathing lake "Goldegg" 7 km, lake Zeller See 28 km. Idyllic, family-friendly village, on a plateau, in an idyllic position with beautiful view. In the resort: shops, grocery, bakery, bank, restaurant, concerts, evening entertainment. Hiking. Sights Schloss Goldegg 900 m, Cultural events Schloss Goldegg Veranstaltungszentrum 900 m, lakes nearby. Access: motorway A 10 Salzburg - Kärnten, exit number 47 "Bischofshofen". Access via a good mountain road. Access by train Salzburg. Bus connection. St.Johann 11 km. Bischofshofen 19 km.

Summer

Bathing lake, with beach facilities, 1.2 km from the resort. Tennis (1 km), golf course in Goldegg 3 km. Mountain lifts, 12 km, climbing. Leisure park "Alpendorf" 12 km.

Winter

Ski-region Buchberg 6 km. 3 drag lifts, 1 children's ski lift. Total 10 km ski runs (40 % easy, 50 % intermediate, 10 % difficult), snowboard slope. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school.

Sehr nette Vermiterin. Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist relativ groß. Es hat aber ein Sitzmögichkeit gefehlt, wenn man die Schlafsofa im Schlafzimmer zu schlafen benutzt hat. Also empfohlen für 4 Personen. Aber allgemein waren wir zufrieden, schöne Gegend, nette Familie gerne kommen wir wieder.

Leider waren wir nicht so zu Frieden. Es ist eine schöne, große und helle Wohnung. Aber leider nicht sauber und in JEDER Ecke sind Spinnweben und Spinnen. Im Bad schimmel an den Fugen. Küche ist zusammen gewürfelten Zeug, Pfannen total unbrauchbar, beschichtung weg und zerkratzt. Mein Matratze ist sotal durchgelegen gewesen, nach der ersten Nacht, tat mir alles weh. Wir würden die Unterkunft leider nicht nochmal buchen.

Spinnen sind leider in ländlichen Gegenden schwer ganz zu vermeiden, aber wir haben Ihre Rückmeldung zur gründlichen Reinigung zur Kenntnis genommen. Die Pfannen wurden mittlerweile ausgetauscht, und wir bedauern, dass die Matratze für Sie unbequem war. Auch dieser Punkt wird von den zuständigen Kollegen überprüft, um den Komfort für zukünftige Gäste zu gewährleisten.

L'endroit est magnifique, même si la route pour y accéder est étroite...dans le logement, tout était conforme,propre,on s'y sent bien, quelques dysfonctionnements avec le four mais à part cela rien à dire ,le village est un peu loin pour quelques courses , malgré tout un bel endroit avec du charme.

Mooi, centraal gelegen appartement voor het bezoeken van Salzburgerland. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw die met plezier de leukste plekjes en restaurants van de buurt deelt. Ideaal voor een gezin met kinderen. Veel speelruimte en speelgoed voorzien. Minpuntjes: kleine badkamer, moeilijk te zitten op de toilet. Geen mogelijkheid om met 4 buiten te eten.

Es war schöne zeit dort…mit wunderschönen Blick nach außen. Die Ferienwohnung war schön und zauber (außer die Toilette, die war leider nicht ganz so sauber). Ansonsten war alles super.
