In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 6 km long bumpy motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking, in winter 6 km. Supermarket 11 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Skibus ab Talstation Fageralm" 30 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, thermal baths "Therme Amade Altenmarkt" 16 km. Golf course (27 hole) 13 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane, slopes 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Forstau Fageralm, Reiteralm (ab Talstation Fageralm) 5 km.
