Rustic and cosy furnishings: entrance hall with satellite TV and radio. 1 small room with 1 sofabed. 1 small double bedroom, without window. Kitchen-/living room (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

In the district of Plangeross 9.5 km from the centre of St. Leonhard im Pitztal, 27 km from the centre of Wenns, 38 km from the centre of Imst. For shared use: property, meadow. Garden furniture. Cosy, idyllic, family-friendly holiday resort, in a valley, 38 km south from Imst, 94 km west from Innsbruck. In the resort: grocery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium, massage, thalassotherapy. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 20 km. With the highest cable car in Austria, the glacial ice caves, numerous natural waterfalls, the bungy-jumping bridge in Arzl, infinite climbing walls - a veritable eldorado for High Alpine enthusiasts.

Summer

In the "Kneipp" complex in Stillebach with a small bathing lake and view of a natural waterfall, you can relax after a hike in the Alpine pastures. Outdoor swimming pool 15 km. River rafting. Tennis (3 outdoor courts 15 km, 2 indoor courts 15 km). Riding in Tieflehn. Fishing (permit required). Paragliding, summer tobbogan run in Imst Alpine-Coaster 25 km total 5 mountain lifts and cableways. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. 55 km mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, kindergarten from 3 years. Whatever your heart desires - ice safari, climbing courses, Nordic walking or canyoning - you will find in it in the Pitz valley. Worth experiencing: the earth pyramids in Arzl, the holocaust site in Piller, "Luis-Trenker-Steig", the Kaunergrat nature reserve, the "Platzhaus" in Wenns.

Winter

Ski-region Gletscher-Rifflsee. Mountain lifts, cableways, gondola lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts, children's ski lifts. Snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten from 2 years old. Cross country ski tracks, high altidude pistes, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. 3 toboggan runs, partially floodlit. Natural ice rink, curling at 10 km. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Jerzens Hochzeiger at 15 km, Hoch-Imst at 25 km. The ski region glacier/Rifflsee has something for everyone. Good for families with children, a variety of countryside from wide pistes to demanding off-piste runs, a dream for any ski tourist. Worth seeing: "Fasnacht" carnival in Wenns (every 4 years).

Wir sind mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden gewesen. Der Schlafraum ist zwar sehr klein- aber für diesen Zweck ausreichend dafür ist die Wohnküche (mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten- lediglich der Kühlschrank ist schon in die Jahre gekommen) und der Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge recht groß. Frische Brötchen am Morgen- was will man mehr? Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen optimal. Sie ist ausreichend groß und die Lage für das Skifahren auf dem Pitztaler Gletscher sehr gut. Eine Sauna, ein Skiraum sind vorhanden. Am Samstag war die Nutzung der Sauna für Hausgäste frei. Alles da, was man braucht, um zu kochen und zu entspannen. Super Balkon mit genialem Ausblick auf die Berge! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen. Mit freundlichem Gruß U. I.

Positives: + cosy + cheap + nice balcony Negatives: - Electrics cut off twice - cooking hobs old and slow - ski boot warmers turned on twice per day for 2 hrs. Sometimes cold. - ski room door locked in the morning so you have to go back up the stairs with all the ski stuff - crockery badly chipped mugs etc... - alot of the knives are missing the ends and dangerous - mattress on double bed is a very old with stains - Very little hot water to wash up with - So much deco clutter in hallways

Unterkunft war okay wenn man nicht verwöhnt ist Mobiliar noch auf Stand der 90'ger Jahre. Für ältere Menschen sind die oberen Wohnungen nicht geeignet.

Es befindet sich vor dem Haus ein Parkplatz mit ausreichenden Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Empfang verlief reibungslos und die Unterkunft befand sich in einen sauberen Zustand. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine sehr gute Sicht zu den Bergen. Man konnte durch die Gastgeberin für Früh immer frische Brötchen vorbestellen, die sogar bis zur Zimmertür gebracht wurden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Aangenaam verblijf, klein maar fijn. Prachtig uitzicht. Ideaal voor 2 volwassenen. 3de persoon is mogelijk maar bed staat in de inkomhal die de eetplaats, de slaapkamer en de badkamer verbindt. Verre van ideaal. opm: beenhard bed Alle nodige voorzieningen aanwezig om thuis te komen, te eten, te wassen en te slapen om 's morgens opnieuw de bergen in te trekken!

Prima appartement, alles keurig schoon en compleet. Heerlijk balkon op het zuiden met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Vanuit het huis wandel je zo de bergen in. Skiliften en gletsjer express vlakbij. Prima broodjes service: elke ochtend vers bij de deur. Aanrader!
