Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook, satellite TV and radio. Shower, sep. WC. Terrace. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

In the district of Plangeross 9.5 km from the centre of St. Leonhard im Pitztal, 27 km from the centre of Wenns, 38 km from the centre of Imst. For shared use: property, meadow. Garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, bus stop "Plangeross" 230 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 44 km, outdoor swimming pool 27 km. Mountain railway 3 km, gondola lift 2 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 2 km, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rifflsee 2 km, Pitztaler Gletscher 9 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence.

The glacier world of the Pitz valley offers mountain fans a breathtaking panorama unequalled in the Alpine region. Cosy, idyllic, family-friendly holiday resort, in a valley, 38 km south from Imst, 94 km west from Innsbruck. In the resort: grocery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium, massage, thalassotherapy. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 20 km. With the highest cable car in Austria, the glacial ice caves, numerous natural waterfalls, the bungy-jumping bridge in Arzl, infinite climbing walls - a veritable eldorado for High Alpine enthusiasts.

Summer

In the "Kneipp" complex in Stillebach with a small bathing lake and view of a natural waterfall, you can relax after a hike in the Alpine pastures. Outdoor swimming pool 15 km. River rafting. Tennis (3 outdoor courts 15 km, 2 indoor courts 15 km). Riding in Tieflehn. Fishing (permit required). Paragliding, summer tobbogan run in Imst Alpine-Coaster 25 km total 5 mountain lifts and cableways. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. 55 km mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, kindergarten from 3 years. Whatever your heart desires - ice safari, climbing courses, Nordic walking or canyoning - you will find in it in the Pitz valley. Worth experiencing: the earth pyramids in Arzl, the holocaust site in Piller, "Luis-Trenker-Steig", the Kaunergrat nature reserve, the "Platzhaus" in Wenns.

Winter

Ski-region Gletscher-Rifflsee. Mountain lifts, cableways, gondola lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts, children's ski lifts. Snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten from 2 years old. Cross country ski tracks, high altidude pistes, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. 3 toboggan runs, partially floodlit. Natural ice rink, curling at 10 km. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Jerzens Hochzeiger at 15 km, Hoch-Imst at 25 km. The ski region glacier/Rifflsee has something for everyone. Good for families with children, a variety of countryside from wide pistes to demanding off-piste runs, a dream for any ski tourist. Worth seeing: "Fasnacht" carnival in Wenns (every 4 years).

Schöne Wohnung und tolle Vermieter Sina D.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem und das Bad ist ganz neu. Selbstverständlich war alles blitzblank sauber und funktionierte einwandfrei. Besonderes hervorheben möchten wir unsere sehr zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Danke für alles und bis zum nächsten Jahr!

Sehr freundliche Dame. Nicht weit weg von der Bushaltestelle (~3min). Parkplätze direkt am Haus Wohnung war sehr groß (5 Schlafplätze in 2 Schlafzimmern und eine Küche/Esszimmer). Sauber. Bis 17 Uhr können Brötchen/Brot für den nächsten Tag bestellt werden. Skiraum vorhanden und Skischuhhalter wird morgens und abends beheizt. Einziges Manko war, dass die Sauna wohl nur Donnerstags aktiviert wird und wir daher leider darauf verzichten mussten. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden. Danke :)

Prima uitvalbasis voor uitstapjes. Pro: De ligging Contra: Kapotte theedoeken, vieze geur in huis die zelfs na schoonmaak niet weg was. \nAlleen een blik en handveger ter beschikking om het appartement te vegen. Met hond en lengte van verblijf niet echt handig.

Unsere Wohnung war leider im Keller. In verbindung mit der nahe verlaufenden Pitz und der großen Hitze dieser Woche, waren die Kleider leider immer etwas feucht. Nur mit ständig voll geöffneten Festern war es möglich ein vernünftiges Ergebniss zu erzielen. Die Wohnung hatte auch ein paar Mängel, die aber direkt nach unsere Abreise beseitigt werden sollen. Da wir an der Aussage der Vermieterin nicht zweifeln, kann hier jeder einen tollen Urlaub erleben, der gerne (hoch) wandern will.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Nutzung zum kleinen Garten. Allerdings ist der Eingangsbereich direkt im Schlafzimmer der Eltern. War okay aber nicht gerade praktisch. Da die Wohnung für 5. Personen ausgelegt ist, sind die Teller und das Besteck gerade mal dafür abgezählt vorhanden. Ansonsten alles prima.

Wir waren zu zwei in der großen Wochnung und hatten sehr viel Platz. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und ist sehr schön.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor wie niet te veel eisen stelt. Pro: De omgeving is fantastisch, en je zit vlakbij alle mooie punten in het Pitztal: we (ik, mijn vrouw, en drie volwassen kinderen) hebben de Braunschweiger hütte bezocht, de Riffl See, en de Kaunergrat hütte (die bergwandeling start bijna bij de voordeur), en nog wat wandelingen in de omgeving gemaakt. Contra: Minpuntje is boodschappen doen. De winkeltjes in de buurt (Mandarfen en Piösmes) zijn meer voor de nood: verse producten hebben ze nauwelijks, en een goede maaltijd koken wordt een uitdaging. Daarvoor moet je naar Wenns rijden, en dat is echt een half uur met de auto.

Wyjazd czerwiec/lipiec 2021. Trochę chłodno w pomieszczeniach. Jednakże udostępniono nam grzejnik, gdyż centralne ogrzewanie było już wyłączone. Obsługa miła. Lokalizacja dobra. Czysto i schludnie. Wyposażenie: Wszystko co było opisane w ofercie było dostępne w pokoju.
