Contra: Die 2 Ferienwohnung liegen nebeneinander. Es gibt 1 Terrasse für beide Wohnungen.Ich fand es nicht schön, dass man dem Nachbarn auf den Tisch schauen konnte.Ein Sichtschutz wäre angebracht.

Schöne einfache Ferienwohnung Pro: Sehr ruhig liegt aber trotzdem Zentral ob Wandern oder Einkaufen. Contra: Gegenüber letztem Jahr schlechter geputzt. Schimmel im Mülleimer Matratzen teilweise nicht sauber.

Schimmelflecken in der Küche und im Badezimmer. Fernseher total verstellt, Hausmeister repariert den Fernseher, trotz unserer mehrmaligen Anfrage, erst als wir ihn zufällig vor dem Haus treffen. Diverse Dinge, wie z.B.: Vorhang im Schlafzimmer nicht aufgehangen, liegt im Schrank, Herd mit angebrannten Stellen, kein Ceranfeldschaber vorhanden, um nachzubessern, Schrank im Flur nicht zu öffnen, weil ein Griff fehlt.

Aufgrund eines Wasserschadens, der erst nach Abreise dieser Gäste entdeckt wurde, ist das Apartment momentan geschlossen und wird renoviert. Ein Ceranfeldschaber wird nicht zur Verfügung gestellt.
