Location Description Kaprun

The European sports region, 80 km southwest of Salzburg, with the neighboring towns of Zell am See (757 m), Kaprun (763 m) and Piesendorf (785 m) extends between the Hohe Tauern National Park in the south, the Kitzbüheler Alpen in the west and the Lake Zell in the east. The small town of Zell am See, situated on the west bank of the lake of the same name, invites you to stroll with its beautiful old town. Numerous cozy inns, restaurants and bars. 8 km from Zell am See, You will find the former mountain village Kaprun, which has become an attractive year-round destination thanks to the development of the glacier ski area on the Kitzsteinhorn. Between Zell am See (9 km) and Kaprun (5 km), with a clear view of the three thousand meter peaks of the Hohe Tauern, lies Piesendorf with nice village inns, a swimming pool and many cycling and hiking trails. Swimming lake in Niedernsill (6 km). Excellent infrastructure and a varied range of leisure and offerings: 240 km of cycle paths, 13 bike and mountain bike rental and service stations, tennis (32 outdoor courts, 6 indoor courts), horseback riding (also indoor), golf (36 holes), skate fun park, beach volleyball , Hang gliding and paragliding (courses). Apartment was of excellent standard, clean, quiet and pool was beautiful. Great location for skiing, ski bus stops outside, however, we walked in our ski boots to lift as it was only a 5-10 min walk. Balcony was perfectly situated for all day winter sun with lovely views of the Glacier.

Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Sehr gepflegtes Appartement wie beschrieben. Großer Balkon, ab nachm. Sonne. 2 Tiefgaragenstellpl.. Sauna und Schwimmbad (mit Gegenstromanlage) tagsüber kaum besucht, gegen Abend voller. Appartement liegt relativ zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Zum Stadtkern, Supermarkt und Talstation unter 10 min. zu Fuß. Skibus fährt direkt am Haus ab. Überaus freundlicher Vermieter, immer zu erreichen, hat sich sofort um unsere Fragen und Anliegen gekümmert.

Fantastyczny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament blisko centrum Kaprun, skibus pod samym domem. Cudowny widok z tarasu. Garaż podziemny z wyznaczonym miejscem. Bardzo wygodne materace, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam serdecznie :)

Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön, groß und gemütlich. Leider liegt die Unterkunft an einer viel befahrenen Straße... so dass wir nicht die erhoffte Ruhe fanden.

Erittäin hyvällä paikalla oleva ihan Kaprunin keskustan liepeillä oleva hieno ja toimiva huoneisto kaikilla varusteilla. Alhaalla oleva kaikkien yhteisessä käytössä oleva uima-allas ja saunat olivat mukava lisä, etenkin lasten mieleen. Yhteydenpito isäntäperheen kanssa oli erittäin ystävällistä ja toimivaa.

Het appartement is perfect ingedeeld voor verblijf met een groep. Erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Sauna, zwembad en heerlijk restaurant zitten in het complex. Zeker een aanrader!

Een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit fantastische appartement. Het is ruim opgezet, mooi ingericht en helemaal compleet. Je kan ook gebruik maken van het heerlijke binnen zwembad. Niks zal je ontbreken tijdens je verblijf. De parkeergarage, skiruimte en zwembad zijn allemaal binnendoor te bereiken is. De ligging van het appartement is goed, alles is makkelijk te bereiken lopend of via de skibus die voor de deur stopt. Ook het contact met de eigenaar verloopt allemaal soepel en snel response

Fabelhafte Unterkunft mit stylischer Einrichtung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt (Tiefgaragenstellplatz, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Bademäntel, Kochutensilien, Wasserkocher, Toaster und vieles mehr). Das Apartment verfügt über einen Kamin, den wir gern genutzt haben. Die Lage ist super, um die wunderbare Gegend zu erkunden. Vielen Dank an unseren Vermieter, der schnell auch Probleme löst. Super Kommunikation. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
