Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. 2 balconies. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. 61316

See: Very modern, beautiful apartment block "Holzfuchs Homes", 3 storeys, built in 2022. Above See, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 3.5 km from the lake, 3.5 km from the skiing area. In the house: central heating system. Narrow motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 3.5 km, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bakery 3.5 km, bicycle rental 3.5 km, bus stop "See Seeberbrücke" 2.5 km, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 16.2 km, thermal baths "Ischgl" 20 km, bathing lake "See" 3.5 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m, ski lift 3.5 km, ski rental 3.5 km, ski school 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Silvretta Hochalpenstraße 35 km. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht. Gute Ausgangslage für Wanderausflüge. Gute Betreuung. Allerdings waren die Mülleimer überfüllt.

Die Zufahrt zur Ferienwohnung führt über eine schmale Bergstraße. Bei Gegenverkehr ist eine Ausweichmöglichkeit nicht immer gegeben. Bei der Ferienwohnung befinden sich Parkplätze. Jedoch gestaltet sich das Parken etwas schwierig, da die Parkmöglichkeiten am Hang liegen und der Wendebereich sehr klein ist. Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist sehr schön, modern und hell gestaltet. Hier und da sollte die Reinigungskraft etwas besser sauber machen, ansonsten war alles in bester Ordnung.

Wir waren bei der Anreise sehr überrascht über diese tolle Ferienwohnung. Die Zufahrtstraße zur Ferienwohnung gestaltet sich jedoch etwas schwierig. Die Straße ist sehr schmal, bei Gegenverkehr ist ein Ausweichen schwierig. Parkplätze sind vorhanden aber auch hier ist die Parksituation etwas schwierig. Die Parkplätze sind am Hang gelegen, zum Rangieren gibt es nur wenig Platz. Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist sehr modern eingerichtet, hell und freundlich. Der Ausblick ist wunderbar. Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung nichts vermisst, als Zusatz steht eine Waschmaschine bereit, die Wohnung war bei der Ankunft sauber, jedoch an manchen Stellen sollte mal wieder gründlicher nachgeschaut werden. Dennoch waren wir sehr begeistert von der Ferienwohnung und der Aussicht und können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung in See ist wunderschön in den Bergen gelegen und besticht mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Für zwei Personen ist die Ferienwohnung perfekt und bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir waren in der Region wandern und haben die Zeit sehr genossen.
