Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with dining table, satellite TV. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. 1 double bedroom with hand-basin and shower. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, hand-basin and shower. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with dining table. Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. Terrace, small garden. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

For shared use: barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, drying room. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, bus stop "Kappl Hof" 150 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 23.7 km. Ski lift 3.5 km, gondola lift 3.5 km, ski bus stop 150 m. Please note: baby equipment on request (included). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Member for Silvretta Card Premium: valid from summer 2023 - unlimited use of all open mountain railways and local public transport in Paznaun, Samnaun and Montafon/Brandnertal, as well as unlimited use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road.

Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Ischgl at 10 km. Special ski pass – Silvretta / regional ski pass: valid for 68 lifts, approx. 340 km long pistes in the towns of Ischgl, Samnaun, See, Kappl and Galtür. Free ski bus through the whole valley, 24 hours taxi service. Das Haus liegt bereits sehr hoch im Ort Kappl, man hat eine sehr schöne Sicht auf die Berge und eine Bushaltestelle liegt fast direkt vor der Tür - Wer allerdings nach Ischgl weiterfahren möchte, muss in Kappl Dorf oder Bergbahn noch einmal in den anderen Skibus umsteigen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastfreundlichkeit von Christine und ihrer Familie ist herausragend: Bei kleineren und größeren Problemen haben sie uns sofort geholfen - Vielen Dank dafür!

Das Haus liegt bereits sehr hoch im Ort Kappl, man hat eine sehr schöne Sicht auf die Berge und eine Bushaltestelle liegt fast direkt vor der Tür - Wer allerdings nach Ischgl weiterfahren möchte, muss in Kappl Dorf oder Bergbahn noch einmal in den anderen Skibus umsteigen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastfreundlichkeit von Christine und ihrer Familie ist herausragend: Die Absprache vor dem Urlaub und der Empfang waren sehr einfach und freundlich, zudem wurde uns bei kleineren und größeren Problemen sofort geholfen - Vielen Dank dafür!

Sehr schöne und schick eingerichtete Unterkunft. Alle Zimmer waren sehr sauber mit wunderbar bequemen Betten. Wir (11 Erwachsene) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Wechner. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und standen bei etwaigen Fragen stets zur Verfügung. Sehr zu empfehlen.
