"Wechner", 3-room apartment 50 m2, on the ground floor. Very tasteful and cosy furnishings: walk-through room with 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with dining table, satellite TV. Shower/WC. Terrace, small garden. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

House/Residence

Apartment block "Apart Wechner". In the district of Hof 2 km from the centre of Kappl, 10 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck, in a sunny position on a slope. For shared use: barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, drying room. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, bus stop "Kappl Hof" 150 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 23.7 km. Ski lift 3.5 km, gondola lift 3.5 km, ski bus stop 150 m. Please note: baby equipment on request (included). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Member for Silvretta Card Premium: valid from summer 2023 - unlimited use of all open mountain railways and local public transport in Paznaun, Samnaun and Montafon/Brandnertal, as well as unlimited use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road.

Winter

Ski-region Kappl. 1 mountain lift, 3 chair lifts, 2 drag lifts, 3 children's ski lifts. Total 42 km ski runs, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Toboggan runs (long 6 km). Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Ischgl at 10 km. Special ski pass – Silvretta / regional ski pass: valid for 68 lifts, approx. 340 km long pistes in the towns of Ischgl, Samnaun, See, Kappl and Galtür. Free ski bus through the whole valley, 24 hours taxi service. Wir haben unseren Skiurlaub im Januar 2025 im Apart Wechner verbracht und sind völlig begeistert. Sowohl die Kommunikation vor dem Urlaub bezgl. der Anreise als auch während unseres Aufenthaltes war immer herzlich und zuvorkommend. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt und sogar übertroffen. Die Einrichtung des Apartments war super. Unsere Gastgeber haben wirklich alles getan, damit wir einen unvergesslichen Urlaub verbringen konnten. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Doskonała lokalizacja dla osób lubiących góry bez tłumów. Świetna, niedroga karta regionalna dająca dostęp do wszystkich kolejek górskich w 3 sąsiadujących dolinach, drogi płatnej basenów i autobusów. Dojazd kolejkami górskimi do strefy bezcłowej w Szwajcarii Gospodarze super uprzejmi i uczynni. Apartament położony wysoko na zboczu doliny (ok.1300 m) doskonale wyposażony. Idealny porządek. Jeśli jest wykorzystywany przez 4 osoby drugi pokój z łazienką jest niezależny od podstawowego apartamentu.
