Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Carpet. Terrace. Panoramic view. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

House/Residence

Rustic apartment block "Subretta". In the district of Hof 1.8 km from the centre of Kappl, 10 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck, on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.8 km, grocery 1.8 km, bus stop "Kappl Stadlen" 160 m. Ski lift 3 km, gondola lift 3 km, ski bus stop 80 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.

Winter

Ski-region Kappl. 1 mountain lift, 3 chair lifts, 2 drag lifts, 3 children's ski lifts. Total 42 km ski runs, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Toboggan runs (long 6 km). Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Ischgl at 10 km. Special ski pass – Silvretta / regional ski pass: valid for 68 lifts, approx. 340 km long pistes in the towns of Ischgl, Samnaun, See, Kappl and Galtür. Free ski bus through the whole valley, 24 hours taxi service. This was a mediocre stay in January. The driveway has not been cleaned of snow and it was not salted. This caused that people would slip and fall leading to injuries which must be avoided! Overall the home owners were polite but not friendly. The home itself was good. One side of the bed was ultra soft, very creecky on every body movement and it was not possible to sleep there . Other side of the bed was ok.

Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wenn man ins Skigebiet Ischgl möchte, sollte man einplanen, dass man besser mit dem Auto fährt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Sollte ich nächstes Jahr wieder in den Osterferien fahren, würde ich die Unterkunft wieder buchen.
