Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. Heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: safe, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Apartment house "Apart Garni Royal". 450 m from the centre of Kappl-Dorf, in an elevated position on a slope, 10 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop, grocery 450 m, bus stop "Kappl Mahren" 60 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 21.8 km. Ski lift, gondola lift 250 m, slopes, ski bus stop, sled run 10 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Member company Silvretta Card Premium from summer 2023: Unlimited use of all open mountain railways and local public transport in Paznaun, Samnaun and Montafon/Brandnertal, as well as unlimited use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road.

Ski-region Kappl. 1 mountain lift, 3 chair lifts, 2 drag lifts, 3 children's ski lifts. Total 42 km ski runs, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Toboggan runs (long 6 km). Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Ischgl at 10 km. Special ski pass – Silvretta / regional ski pass: valid for 68 lifts, approx. 340 km long pistes in the towns of Ischgl, Samnaun, See, Kappl and Galtür. Free ski bus through the whole valley, 24 hours taxi service. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Skipiste und zentral genug im Ortskern. Es empfängt sie ein äußerst netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ein geräumiger Skikeller ist vorhanden. Es stehen ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung, auch für große PKW/Bulli, was in Kappl nicht selbstverständlich ist. Ons appartement lag aan de achterzijde van het gebouw. Op de foto kregen we de indruk dat het voorzijde lag. Het appartement was klein. Gelukkig konden we het extra appartement erbij huren. De bereikbaarheid was beroerd. Smalle straat en ze waren ook nog aan het bouwen in de straat. Het was fijn geweest als er een routebeschrijving bij was. We waren met 2 auto's en allebei waren we verkeerd gereden.

Schoon en gezellig ingericht appartement. Zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige eigenaars! Prachtige panorama's vanaf de riante balkons. Dichtbij bergbahn en bushaltes. Opvallend veel rust, ook in de directe omgeving. Woonkeuken aan de krappe kant voor zes volwassenen. Verse broodjesservice 's morgens vroeg erg goed! Dit huis en de eigenaars hebben alles om de vakantie tot een groot succes te maken!
