In the district of Innerwald 2.5 km from the centre of Sölden, 86 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 350 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 150 m. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, café 300 m, bus stop "Sölden Innerwald" 450 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 39.4 km, indoor swimming pool 2.7 km. Gondola lift 1.5 km, slopes 350 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkogl 1.5 km, Giiggijoch 2.8 km, Hochgurgl 12 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Piburger See 32 km. Nur Kontakt bei Schlüsselüber- und Abgabe. Sonst leider keinerlei Information über Brötchenservice, Sauna etc. WLan sehr schlecht! Wir hätten uns etwas mehr infomaterial zB im Eingang gewünscht. Sonst sehr nett

Veel hout in het interieur, waardoor "chalet-gevoel". Je moet wel 55 trappen doen om boven te geraken.

Tolle Wohnung mit perfekter Lage zum Skifahren Pro: Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Skigebiet und ist somit zum Skifahren einfach perfekt, man kann direkt von der Wohnung losfahren und erreicht die Wohnung wieder direkt über die Talabfahrt Gaislachkogel. Wir hatten die obere Wohnung mit hohen Panoramafenstern und tollem Ausblick. Insgesamt fanden wir die Wohnung mit dem hellen Holz sehr gemütlich. Contra: Eine Kleinigkeit: In der Küche war rein gar nichts an Verbrauchsmaterialien: kein Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker etc. (OK, damit kann man leben) und keinerlei Utensilien zum Spülen (Schwamm, Bürste, Spülmittel). Wir finden es wesentlich sympathischer, wenn eine Grundausstattung an üblichen Verbrauchsmaterialien vorhanden ist. Es ist dann selbstverständlich, dass man etwas nachkauft, wenn man es verbraucht hat. So haben wir alles, was wir gekauft haben, eingepackt und mitgenommen. Man merkt eben deutlich, dass der ganze Skirummel eine riesen Cashmaschine ist.
