In the district of Gehörde 2 km from the centre of Sölden, on the outskirts, 82 km from the centre of Innsbruck, 1.6 km from the skiing area. Wij hebben genoten van onze vakantie in dit huis. Wel is er om het huis weinig voor kinderen, dan moet je stukje op pad. Parkeren bij het huisje is vrij krap en je zit erg dicht langs een drukke weg (zit vangrail naast, maar op je balkon geen privacy en veel licht van autolampen) Voor ons geen probleem, maar wel handig om te weten.

Lage ist nicht toll. Das Haus liegt zwischen der viel befahrenen Ötztalstraße (direkt in Höhe Obergeschoß) und mehrstöckigen Apartmenthäusern und in einem Schattenhang (nur wenige Stunden Sonne.) Für 6 Personen viel zu klein. Zufahrt und Parkmöglichkeit grenzwertig.

Op het adres waar we moesten aanmelden was niemand aanwezig en geen melding te vinden. Met het telefoonnummer van de reservering contact gekregen maar een heel verwarde uitleg en onduidelijke wegbeschrijving naar het eigenlijke chalet. Tijdens het verblijf zelfs een onvriendelijk contact.

All of this information can be found upon the voucher, recieved after payment has been confirmed. This document also contains the exact address. Nevertheless, we are sorry for any miscommunication.

Eine einfache aber für den Preis wirkliche gute Unterkunft. Einzig die so nicht vorher erkennbare Lage unmittelbar an der Landstraße ist ein Nachteil.

Die Wohnung liegt zwar direkt an der Ötztal Straße aber wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen, es ist kein großer Lärm. Die Wohnung liegt nicht ganz zentral, aber wenn man morgens sowieso ein Spaziergang oder Gassi gehen möchte so kann man dies mit Brötchen holen verbinden. Einzige Kritik das Fernsehschauen von der Eßzimmerbank(Wohnung im oberen Geschoß) ist sehr unbequem. Will man etwas kochen muß man Salz, Gewürze... Alles unbedingt mitbringen
